Within a few minutes the owner of Ace Lock and Key service called me back, apologizing for missing my call. I told him what I needed, and told him the day I needed it... and he gave me an appointment time. He showed up, early, and completed a job that I thought would take hours, in about 15 minutes. A nice, friendly, knowledgeable man who takes his business seriously, and does an excellent efficient job, and communicates with you. He made what could have been an unpleasant experience..... into something very painless. I absolutely give them 2000 stars.... BTW... no one else called me back so it was an easy choice!

He suggested we call other mobile locksmiths before we use him. Neither the L&F nor the security office had it but the restaurant did. We called him back to let him know that we found it and wouldn't be needing his service and he gave us a website to order wholesale fobs from for backup. Unfortunately, you don't see many businesses operate like this anymore. This guy was all about the customer even when we no longer needed his service! I can't recommend this place enough.
