So I made an appointment and the technician showed up and immediately wanted to upsell me on other stuff. I told him let's just do the seals only which is what I needed. He said parts are special order and would take 2 weeks, so I said go ahead and order, he said he needed a 50% deposit, I said ok and wrote him a check. 2 weeks later no response, I called them and they said the parts weren't delivered and they screwed up. So they said it would take another week or so to get the parts. I told them forget it and send me a refund. The person said it would take 10-14 days for a refund check to get mailed and a supervisor would need to call me because it was over $100, so no call again! Called them after a week and they said they screwed up again. Now allegedly my refund is on the way? This company is horrible at communicating and not very professional at all. I called another company in town and they ordered the parts and no deposit required and parts came in a week and they came out and replaced the seals and were $100 cheaper than this company. I don't recommend them to anyone!

But the "technician" they sent was really a salesman, which explained the same day "service." Shame on me for not checking Yelp reviews before scheduling a repair. The technician/salesman stood in our garage and looked at the door but literally never touched it. He did not bring any tools. He spent 30 minutes standing there messing around on his iPad so he could send us an email with a bunch of quotes. He said he could have a crew from Las Vegas fix the door for $3500 or replace it for $4000. These prices sounded insane to me for what is a very small garage door that didn't even have a broken spring. He never even offered to assist my husband in straightening the door so our garage was at least secure. After he left we did some YouTube and Amazon research and in about 90 minutes found we could get all the parts to repair and refurbish the door for under $200, and complete the repair in a couple of hours ourselves. Suffice to say if we do end up hiring a repair person it will not be this company. The only positive thing I can say about them is the salesman said he would waive the $59 service fee, although they still emailed me an invoice.

There was a knowledgeable repair man that evaluated the problem and returned the next day to install the spring. He also noted some problems with the door stability, missing some screws and most of the other screws were loose. He tightened up all the screws and adjusted the chain which was a little loose. The estimate was reasonable, the repair was made and my garage door is working perfectly. I would HIGHLY recommend Graszer for any garage door problems you have.

Had an issue with one of my garage doors installed recently by Superior and sold through Home Depot…read morenot properly opening. Home Depot called the installer who said I had to contact the garage door opener company (Chamberlain) for technical support. Tech support for Chamberlain is farmed to Bangladesh and I could not understand a word the "technician" said. Finally gave up and went out and inspected the installation closely. What I found was that the rails were installed too narrow where the straight vertical track attaches to the track bend. The rollers were pinched completely at this point and the roller outside face was rubbing on the heads of the bolts used to join the two tracks together. Poor installation practices. Fixed it myself because I frankly have little faith in these people. I recommend you look elsewhere for service or installation.
