He was on time, did excellent work from an impressive setup, stayed in the estimate and was just an all-around nice guy. We had Jose, a week and a half ago, come clean are driveway, sidewalk and small patio by the pool and he was done within an hour and a half with fantastic results. Before he left he pointed out some problems I had on my roof and gutters/grain spouts which could fall at any minute on someone walking to the pool. I was dreading fixing this for a long time because I knew it would be very pricey. He showed me pictures. He showed me videos and then gave me a quote, for if I wanted to get the job done at a later date. I was so impressed with his initial work and the quote he gave, I took a leap of faith and decided to go with JJ Gutters Power Wash for my Roof and Gutter problem. Jose was the most transparent and honest person I have ever meet. I asked many questions along the way and did a lot of research which brought even more and more questions in regards to my roof. Every time, Jose listened to my suggestions and explained why something would or would not work. He worked with me every step of the way until I was comfortable with every detail. And yes, I was that client that wanted to know every detail. Today, Jose and his team proved to be highly professional and easy to work with. His crews had excellent attention to detail and they also cleaned up after finishing the job, which was greatly appreciated. They were punctual, completed the jobs as promised, and the quality of their work was beyond excellent. I couldn't be more pleased with how my roof and gutters turned out. The morning of the project start you meet the project manager (in my case Jeff R) and discuss anything that concerns you. Crew arrives, dumpster and material get delivered. I came home for lunch and it appeared a bomb went off (in a good way), entire perimeter of the house was covered in tarps and anything fragile was covered to protect, the main house was striped and shingled except for the front portico. My shed was stripped and was going to be complete after lunch. I came home from work and everything was picked up and put back in place. There were a few perennials that were damaged (no problem they will grow back), bear in mind landscaping was covered with a tarp, ladders and bundles of shingles are heavy. The crew uses a large pull behind magnet to pick up nails, all we found was 1 nail = great job. My wife and I could not be happier and can't wait for the rest of the work to be done.
