Their women's selection is upstairs (not handicap accessible to my knowledge) and fairly large as well. Their prices are more than what you would pay at Kohls, but you're also saving the gas driving to Lima or Findlay and the customer service is hands-on. They'll help you find what you're looking for or, if you're shopping alone, provide input on your selections. I'd recommend going when you get a coupon in the mail. (Their clearance area does have some good markdowns). Also, I"m not sure if they still do, but they used to allow things to be brought home "on-approval" meaning you had three days to decide if you'd pay for it and keep it or bring it back. The owners, Susie and Elaine looked like models a la Lauren Hutton. Their strong sense of fashion and style make their men's boutique extra special. They had socks, ties, bow ties, etc to satisfy any taste and or style. The placement and display of each item was done with care and concentration. I purchased a handcrafted leather bracelet from the Anthony Payton collection. It's soft and subtle, but a statement piece no less. It was an enjoyable grand opening. I wish this new business well.

Except for one bad experience many years ago at a store in Cutler Bay, Florida... i have never regretted spending my money at a Men's Wearhouse. So after not buying any of the above type of clothing since June/July of 2019 due to covid and because i have tons of business meetings/conferences coming up, i needed a new wardrobe. I came to this Men's Warehouse in Lima because it was the nearest location to my home. Walking into this location, i have to say that it is the smallest Mens Warehouse location i have ever been inside and i have been to plenty of their stores in Miami. Do not expect a large selection here. Although i was able to find a good amount of the items I needed, there was a significant portion of what I bought that had to be ordered. Also, expect to wait while at this location. Its not fault of the staff either. Every time i have gone, i have seen the same two women working at this store... one of them being the assistant manager. They hustle! They work really hard and they give amazing customer service. They are just obviously overwhelmed. There is enough business/work here for their staff to be easily doubled or tripled. But these two take care of phone calls, alterations, tuxedo rentals, pickup from customers, purchases, orders, etc. Every other Men's Wearhouse i have gone to have at least 3 or more salespeople alone, along with a manager and one person handling the alterations. These two women are handling the work of like six people... and they do it with a smile. Still, be warned... you will wait. Besides buying clothing, i also had to have my custom suit altered a bit along with altering some of the clothing i bought... again it was done well so no complaints from me. All in all, its a great Mens Wearhouse. Considering the business it has... it should expand... both in size of the store, merchandise it has available and most importantly in staff.

The prices are what you'd expect for a Men's store, but the service you get is world class. They get to know you and your style and make appropriate suggestions. They carry Peter Millar, Allen Edmonds, Southern Tide, Agave Denim, Ralph Lauren, Tommy Bahama, and tons and tons of suits. They'll do special orders and almost always offer me a deal to thank me for my business. Downtown Goshen is now a destination. It's amazing to be able to shop and shop well in a small town this size. While it seems like they always have these hard to believe sales, they are actually a very elegant clothier for menswear. With this being said, I never go in and buy anything at all price. What's really nice about chain stores like this is that once you find your size in something, and the people who work at the store will gladly help you out, you never really have to try on clothes again. There is one located at the Franklin Park Mall and this one. Levis Commons is the location to go to! The location at the Franklin Park Mall is strongly lacking in customer service. No one smiles and you may not get service if you are not slightly dressed up. Go figure? The people who work at the Levis Commons location really have their act together. They go out of their way to help you and make sure that you are satisfied with what you are buying. I'm a person who strives on customer service, and Mike is probably the best person in the Toledo area for this company. Whether you're going in there just to look or to actually buy, the people at the store help you out - even going so far as to help you put your coat on and carrying your items to a dressing room. He helped me set up what is called a "retail group" which has made it really easy for my groomsmen to go to Jos. A bank and know exactly which suit to get. When I went in there that day I honestly had no intention to actually buy a suit. Joseph made me and my fiancé feel very comfortable and he really did seem like he was doing everything he could to get me and my friends the best deal. I have a total of 7 groomsman and have since brought my future brother and father in law (who bought 2 suits) in to that same location. I can honestly say that our encounter with Joseph Mcclane the first day is the reason we chose to get all 10 suits through Joseph A bank.
