What a great experience!!…read more Pricing is based on the square footage of the location and the requested tasks. I asked for Bathrooms specifically. I prepaid for the estimated quote over the phone. Max, with the back office team, confirmed my schedule and was available if I had questions. Carla was my cleaning professional. She arrived early, showed up with all her tools and solutions in hand. She put on booties as she entered my home. She walked the two bathrooms and then got to work. She ran over by 30 minutes. Max, called to confirm the extra time so Carla could continue to work. The whole time Carla was available for questions and asked for my inspection after the work. She was very pleasant to talk to and helpful. Tip was added to the invoice after the work was completed. No need to hand over cash or deal with cards. The work was beyond great. Dusted, mopped, trash emptied, mirrors clean, trash liners added to the dust bins, and even the paper label put over the toilet cover and seat to show it had been sanitized. Great team Carla and Max. You set the quality bar super high.

Thank you for your consideration; despite the miscommunication it was always a pleasure to work with you and your team. ---Old Review--- Decent clean overshadowed by frustrating coordination... The ladies that came to clean our house did a good job, I won't deny that. But the whole process would have been a lot smoother and less frustrating had the coordination and billing been more upfront. I requested a move out cleaning and had coordinated pricing based on square footage and rooms with someone over the phone. They knew what they were quoting me for. I'll admit, my rental did need a little more work but it wasn't in obscene condition by any means. I thought superb maids' pricing was competitive, until the day of the cleaning. Only 2 hours into the cleaning, I got a call, they hit me with an additional $315 dollar fee because they needed more time. They gave me the option to not pay the fee but that meant "prioritizing" certain areas and not completing the move out clean. When I booked the service, I got the impression that the cost was a flat fee for the specific service. At no point did they discuss additional fees with me. Also keep in mind that on their website, under the move out cleaning page it specifically says: "Tasks are defined and approved before the service begins -- pricing is fixed in advance" Which was very misleading in my case. The staff were all friendly, and good to work with (as good as it could be with a situation like this I suppose). But the whole situation left me blindsided and with a bad taste in my mouth. If you're looking to hire superb maids, they'll do a decent job, but make sure you ask about fee pricing up front so you don't get surprised on the back end. P.S. check your trash bins after a move out cleaning. One of the "typical" services included with move out is supposed to include "trash removal", yet they left trash in my bin which was a no go on my move out inspection with my landlord.

They cancel, they change the date without informing you, they simply no-show, or show on the wrong day completely. The second time they scheduled with us, one woman showed up and said she was training. It was a hot day outside so we offered her to sit inside in the AC and wait for the rest of the team to show up. The other team never showed up. I felt bad for the person in training because she drove across town for nothing. I don't know who is responsible for scheduling, but they are terrible at their job. Their communication was great from start to finish, their pricing was very reasonable, and overall they did a really good job with our move-out cleaning. My only small complaint was that I expected the walls and doors to be wiped down as part of a full move-out cleaning, and they weren't. That could absolutely be on me, though, because I didn't ask beforehand or double-check what was included in the service. Other than that, I was very happy with everything. Great communication, great price, and great service overall. 5/5 and I would definitely hire them again!

The "deep cleaning" service that we ended up (finally) receiving deserves 5 stars itself. However,…read moreit took weeks for us to get the proper service done after the initial booking. The communication between myself and the receptionist (?) was great in the beginning. She was prompt and handled the initial booking properly. We were promised an extensive list of services that would be done for a deep clean of the house (baseboard cleaning, walls, stain removal, window sills, window blind cleaning, etc.) On the day of the service, two nice ladies arrived on time. They only provided a very light house keeping service, something I could have done by myself for free. They were there for about an hour. My boyfriend was home at the time and was confused as to why they weren't providing a deep clean of the house as promised. After some back and forth with the cleaners, it seemed as if it wasn't communicated to them what service they were to provide. The cleaners reported that they had only been told to provide a light house keeping service. Even if that were the case, we would not have been satisfied with the cleaning anyway. We called the company and they offered a rescheduling to provide the deep cleaning service. On the day of the first rescheduling, we were called about 30 min before the cleaners were supposed to show up. We were told they both called out "sick", and the company offered to send someone else out in a week. On the day of the second rescheduling, one lady showed up, and after touring the house, she said that she would need much more time + an extra set of hands to complete the service. She rescheduled us another week out. On the day of the third rescheduling, two ladies showed up early in the morning and finally provided the correct service. They were thorough, very clean, and were exactly what we were looking for. No complaints there. My main concern with this company is the improper communication between the management and their cleaners. It seemed as if none of the cleaners knew what their expectations were prior to arriving at my house. I've had my house deep cleaned before, and they typically send in a team of multiple people very early in the morning, as it usually takes more than a few hours to do a good job. They were sending in one or two cleaners at later times in the day. My other concern is that it took 4 attempts to finally receive the service we were spending hundreds of dollars on. As people with busy lives and careers, it takes a lot of effort for us to move our schedules around to be able to accommodate cleaners being at our house for several hours. I was also in the process of moving in, and I had to push back my move-in date back 2 weeks, which impacted the rest of my month's schedule. We were also cancelled on only 30 min prior to our appointment. Management remained professional in their communication to us with our concerns. And they also offered a discount on the service for our troubles. The final cleaning was also great, so the debacle ended up being worth it. However, I would've gone with a different company had I known what I was in for.

We keep our home pretty clean but the deep cleaning takes time and energy and we had a family party coming up so I wanted a little extra help. The lady who cleaned our home was nice I wish i could remember her name. she showed up with her own supplies and came on time. we did a walk through in the beginning and end. I told her my focus points which were my bathrooms, kitchen, and dusting and wiping down my inside windows. She was transparent with me about one of my showers having mold in the caulking that was difficult to remove and I Understood. I think she did a good job overall but I wouldn't call this a deep cleaning in my opinion. I think if you really want a deep cleaning you need at least 2 people. I think I paid $175 and tipped her $40 as well and I do feel like it was a fair price for the cleaning that was done. I was really hoping baseboards, cabinets, and fridge doors would be wiped down. She did a good job in my bathrooms and oven was clean inside as well but not my microwave. Don't expect them to sweep or vacuumed under furniture tho. I would hire again but maybe 2 people next time for it to be extra clean.
