Not only did they do a great job when they ripped out the sauna and the terrible patio as well as the poor deck that fell into disrepair from my property, but they came out, gave me a good estimate, and then showed up exactly when they were supposed to. They were efficient and tidy. The gentleman whom I called initially even took time out from his bowling game to pick up the phone! That's dedication. I more recently called to ask about Rock removal but this was not something that they did. But he did the very graceful thing and referred somebody who did a wonderful job. I highly recommend their services!

We were moving out of a home and had accumulated waaaaaaay too much stuff. Most of it wasn't making the move with us and I tried giving away everything that still had value, but we were still left with a mountain of crap. It looked like Harry Potter's Room of Hidden Things had emptied itself onto my driveway and lawn. I'm sure the neighbors were furious and I was ready to cry because I didn't know what to do. I decided to get some quotes from junk haulers but it was so much stuff I was sure it would cost thousands. Contacting The Pick-Up Artist was one of the smartest things I've ever done. Setting up the service was easy; it probably took less than 60 seconds. The Pick-Up Artist's crew showed up on time, worked hard, and were super polite. They also must have performed some witchcraft on my lawn because there's no way all my junk fit on their tiny little truck, but when they pulled away a short time later the house looked like nothing had ever happened. All my stuff (not to mention my worries) rolled away down the street with them. It was faster, cheaper, and easier than I could ever have imagined. If you also need an on-demand miracle, this is the right place.

When the crew arrived, they immediately said they could not move the bed down the stairs because it was too heavy and awkward. They then wanted an additional $200 to cut the bed into pieces. In the end, the bed was successfully carried down the stairs, proving it did not need to be destroyed as they initially claimed. I waited all day for the appointment, only to be told conflicting information and pressured into paying significantly more than the quoted price. The lack of communication, inaccurate assessment, and failure to honor the original quote made for a very disappointing experience. I had feared that this was going to be one of those landscaping companies that don't get back to you but with it being a Friday & the weekend coming that maybe that wouldn't be the case & it wasn't. I reached out for an estimate, which was free to clean up my crazy, out of control yard. I had a ton of dead weeds that I had been trying to kill with weed killer & pull up but it was just too much for me. Armando showed up when he said he would & even gave me an ETA the morning of after me asking if that was possible. He greeted me by my name, was smiling, nice & very friendly. It also helped that he was bilingual & also spoke English as I barely know much Spanish...lol He was able to tell me what could be done & gave me a quote. I also asked about weekly & biweekly landscaping services to be able to keep up on the clean up. Luckily his company is in the area every Monday servicing others. We agreed on a price & he told me he had to check his schedule & would get back to me later that day with a day & time. Which he did & I had a 2 man crew show up the next morning. The men were nice but didn't speak English (not a problem because they already knew what needed to be done). They got right to work. It took them about 2.5hrs to get my yard looking fabulous! They did such an amazing job especially with this annoying tree from my next door neighbor's house that hangs over into my yard & is constantly dropping dead leaves & berries into my yard which end up in my pool & just makes a mess all around. I can't wait to see what a difference this should make. The only issues that I have was the mess that was left in my pool from the clean up, a bush that Armando said they would just remove that wasn't (they did trim it) & some weeds/grass by my back gate that weren't gotten rid of. Not a big deal due to the phenomenal job that was done with the rest of the yard & I can clean up the pool & hopefully dig up the small amt. of grass/weeds left by the gate. I had left the men to do their job & wasn't out in the yard watching over them. If you're looking for a reasonable, reliable, hard working, on-time & communicative landscaping crew that's going to do a great job then this company is your guy! I've already recommended him to two of my co-worker's & will be having them back for weekly/biweekly clean up. Thanks Armando & crew!!!
