Not only did they do a great job when they ripped out the sauna and the terrible patio as well as the poor deck that fell into disrepair from my property, but they came out, gave me a good estimate, and then showed up exactly when they were supposed to. They were efficient and tidy. The gentleman whom I called initially even took time out from his bowling game to pick up the phone! That's dedication. When the crew arrived, they immediately said they could not move the bed down the stairs because it was too heavy and awkward. They then wanted an additional $200 to cut the bed into pieces. After leaving and returning with two more workers and a saw, they learned the bed could actually be moved without being cut apart. In the end, the bed was successfully carried down the stairs, proving it did not need to be destroyed as they initially claimed. I waited all day for the appointment, only to be told conflicting information and pressured into paying significantly more than the quoted price. The lack of communication, inaccurate assessment, and failure to honor the original quote made for a very disappointing experience.
