I am so thankful for the entire team: Ryan, Anthony, Luis, Steve, Obemar, and Santiago--they were all amazing! Ryan had great ideas and worked with me to bring our vision to life while staying closer to our budget. He was always quick to respond and supported me even when I needed to make changes along the way. Anthony was always available to answer my questions and great at troubleshooting in a timely manner--even coming by after the project was completed to help with an issue in our patio caused by a different company. He also returned again to help adjust the irrigation schedule, which I truly appreciated! Luis is the kind of person you want on your project every day--kind (the nicest person), hardworking, and incredibly detail-oriented. Thanks to him, my fence turned out beautifully. His plant choices and placement were spot-on, and I really appreciated the extra effort he put in! He was thorough, patient with our questions, and very responsive. We ended up asking John to re-design our front and backyards. He provided multiple layouts tailored to our specific requests, and took the time to talk us through the designs and compile our feedback. Additionally, he provided estimates as to what should be expected for costs of materials/labor. The fire pit installed by this company exploded into my girlfriend's face. We had an independent professional company come out to inspect the unit and the gas line. Their findings were shocking: the gas connection was completely loose. This negligence allowed gas to build up inside the fire pit structure, which caused it to explode upon ignition. Because of the physical injuries sustained and the absolute gross negligence regarding a gas installation, we are now taking this company to litigation. If you value the safety of your home and your family, stay far away from this business. A "loose connection" on a gas line is not just a mistake--it is a deadly hazard. We are currently in the process of legal action to hold them accountable for the damage and trauma they have caused. Zero stars. Avoid at all costs.
