We had to park so far away from the fields we played on, the grass would have clumps left over from mowing, and worst of all goose poop EVERYWHERE! I would look like an idiot wearing black rain boots because I didn't want goose crap all over my shoes! These fields here at Clearfield are very well maintained. There is absolutely no goose poop or clumps of grass. Parking is a bit closer. There are a few well maintained tennis courts as well, a pool, and also a kids area with little water slides and such. I'm not sure what the policy is for using these, and I tried to find out on their website and got nowhere, but I do know it is open to all residents.

There are shower rooms that have showers then a dressing room (sometimes its locked sometimes its not) it just depends. but back to the topic there is a bathroom. now A QUICK WARNING. because people are going to need it. if you are a boy. who needs to use the washroom. if you go to the boys shower room and head to the bathroom. there is only one stall. now if you head to the unviersal. there is multiple. and the showers are the same only 4 for all shower rooms. there is a office for FIRST AID and more. STAFF: Now this one is going to be pretty short unlike the pool one. because well there isnt much things to say. some staff are nice some are not. and thats kind what sums it. as there really isnt nothing else to say expect most of the staff are nice. I remember spending 13 days in four different Toronto community centres including this one from 24-Dec-2013 to 04-Jan-2014. The North American event was called the 2013 Toronto Ice Storm locally. So much of this city was impacted by the significant severe winter weather storm that included a crippling blanket of ice that forced Toronto to open up a number of community centres as emergency shelters. I even celebrated my birthday here during a midnight shift, complete with a cake that another volunteer bought and then totally surprised me with! The staff here were terrific, then and now. What great memories about what these functional community centre are when times were really tough, and when I'm only here to freely exercise my democratic right to Vote!

The staff is quite friendly as well as the life guards. They have great swim passes which are affordable and even offer a senior rate. Only issue I would have is that change rooms could be better cleaned/maintained. And warning it can get pretty loud from the high school kids coming over from next door on their lunch break.

The pool chairs are comfortable and come with large umbrellas to protect you from the sun. They even have a covered, semi indoor section. Changing rooms are a bit small with shower area and sauna. Overall a great experience. We easily spent half a day lounging by the pool. It got a bit busy by the evening.

Finally discovered a great outdoor Pool. Clean. Well cared…read morefor. Great Never knew Pools were Free on "Heat Warning" Days. Took advantage of this a LOT! Needless to say there are a TON of Screaming Kids. But if you can carve out a space away from them you just have to let kids be kids. The Desk Staff are friendly. The Location is away from the Roads and feels 'Private'. Trees add to that feeling. The Pool Area is clean. The Pool Water is clean. It's nice to be outside 2 years later after our worldwide pandemic. #Grateful

My son loves the pool and the park. Haven't tried the ice skating ring yet but hoping to soonread more
