Horrible, horrible, horrible. Stay away! I recently ventured on a remodeling project in my spare bathroom. I used a fabulous store in Orange County to help me select my fixtures. Unfortunately, the sink I selected was from Linkasink. If I had only known.... My first sink arrive and it had 14+ tiny black bubbles in the custom patina. When we called on it, I was told that was "normal" for that patina. I called BS. They agreed to make another sink, but when that one arrived it had no patina on it! They said it did, but it was the same color as their brass, not antique brass...again I called BS. On the third try, nearly 6 weeks later and a HUGE delay on my remodeling project, they added the patina to the sink. The owner, who was on vacation, would not allow the sink to be released until he personally inspected it causing another week delay in the process. We were told the sink would ship on Monday and arrive by Tuesday or Wednesday. When I called Wednesday, the sink had not shipped. Another delay. On Thursday I had to head to the Midwest to take care of my Mother for a week. When I arrived back home the following Friday, I was told the sink had just arrived. Finally, I picked up the sink on Monday and low and behold there were no black bubbles (which I was told ALWAYS happened with the patina), however there were a ton of scratches - like they used an SOS pad against the grain. For a $700 sink this was absolutely unacceptable, but my bathroom had been torn apart for over 2 months at this point and the fabricators were ready for my job. If I didn't go to production, it was going to be 6 weeks before they could fit me in again so I simply couldn't wait any longer and accepted the crappy looking sink. I wish I knew how to post pictures on Yelp because I would show you the appalling pictures of my $700 sink. When my local store asked for a some type of credit to help ease the pain of this whole process, the owner of Linkasink said, "Why? We've already Federal Expressed the sink to you?" What a frickin' joke. You call that customer service. I tell you what - your inability to treat your customer right and your willingness to send a crappy product and insane prices will cost YOU more in the long run. I've already told my story to many people and you can bet I'll continue to tell it. Every time someone goes in that bathroom for as long as I own this house I will tell them Linkasink suck and to stay far, far, far away! read more
