On our first meeting, She came to chat with us and see our home to make sure we would all be the right fit. We were impressed! We called her the next day and asked her to be our realtor. Tara was always there. Any questions or concerns, she made certain to listen and help us understand all the details that go into selling a home for the first time. She gave us guidance on staging and pricing the home appropriately. A photographer came over and took photos of the property. We put our home on the market the day before lockdown started in March of 2020. Regardless, we received multiple offers the next day and Tara was super helpful in talking us through the offers and the stipulations to each. Tara also acted as our realtor in buying a new construction home in North Austin/Round Rock. She was an amazing mediator and helped talk us through what would be best for us. I cannot say enough how happy we are with our new home. Bottom line, Tara made it easy for us! That was the goal. We felt listened to. We sold our home in a timely manner at a reasonable profit with no issues. She was there lock and step! I'd recommend her to anyone! Thank you again, Tara!

She is focused, determined, reliable, hardworking, and diligent, and I would recommend her to anyone in any stage of the buying or selling experience. Even though I currently live out of state, I was still able to rely on her to vet realtors where I currently live, and find the best person to represent us in selling our home. Tara did research and reached out to several realtors for us, to find us the best person for the job, since she couldn't be the one to do it herself. She found a wonderful agent who was able to sell our house for us, for the asking price, in 3 days, with multiple offers. In addition, she was also there every step of the way for us when it came to purchasing our new construction home. She explained the contract the builder provided, and the different steps we could expect, and was there for us through the entire process, helping us move into our dream home! Buying or selling a house can be stressful, but Tara was there every step of the way. She was quick to jump on a call, just to walk us through anything and everything that was going on, or answer any questions we had, without hesitation. She truly made the entire process easier, and less stressful, and I am incredibly grateful for that. I cannot thank her or praise her enough for how truly wonderful she is.

We are first time homebuyers and truly were clueless about the entire home buying process. We've been renting in Austin for a while now and have quickly grown tired of rising rent prices. Seriously, we weren't "ready" to buy a house but we got tired of the unknown when it came to rent and tenants rights. We reached out to Josh and he met up with us for a casual meeting at a local coffee shop. I was expecting to feel pressured but he was so easy to talk to And really made us feel comfortable taking the next steps. We had a few other interviews for realtors lined up because we thought we needed to but ended up canceling with them after our meeting with Josh. We set up our next meeting to be the day we went and looked at houses/neighborhoods and to meet several builders. Josh was AMAZING that day- he helped ask all the right questions, gave them his business card to prevent us from getting a million calls and e-mails from builders, and spent a good portion of the day taking us to all of the neighborhoods on our list and in our budget. We found our dream home that same day, in our budget, in the area we wanted and he got us in a new build with every thing we wanted! (Y'all I'm not exaggerating- this wouldn't have been possible without his help!) We have signed all the papers and are getting to watch our home be built from the ground up. Josh keeps us updated and occasionally drives by there and sends us photos of the progress. Today we met up and walked over to the property and got to see it all in person together. He's always available through text/email whenever we have a question (which is often!) We recommend him and Realty Reimagined a million times over to anyone in the Austin area. The home buying process felt so daunting and scary because of all of the unknowns but Josh has been incredible in guiding us through it all. And we can't wait to move into our home when it's ready for us.

The reason that I have added a second review is that after we closed on both homes she has not stopped the support she gives us. When we have a question about comps in the area we get them. When we want to tear down a room to remodel she is there to say what people will like and what they will turn away from. Examples: we were thinking about taking a bath tub out of our mater bathroom asked her and she said "as long as you have at least one tub in the home". I asked her about floors in the home and she said "just make sure you don't do more than three types of different floors people seem to react badly to that". The advice she gives us know will help us if we ever have to sell our home in the future. And you can bet Deanna will be the one we call. She is a life long agent!
