The staff are so welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. I walked in and the lady knew what to do with my dress before I told her what needed to be done. The time frame expectancy when to get your clothing back is very reasonable depending on what you're getting done to the cloths. I had to get my dress shortened on the shoulder area, fitted on the torso area and the a few inches cut off at the bottom of the dress because I'm short. I called up for a last minute sports jacket I needed tailored for St Paddy's day and was very pleased with how fast they got me in... when arriving I was meet by the great staff that took time out to hear my needs. After trying on the jacket they took their time to make sure it was fitted correctly. I then got a quote that I was pleased with and to my surprise he told me it would be ready the following day! After coming back the next day I tried on the jacket and could not have been more pleased in how great it looked! I trust my friends opinions on who and where to go from food down to alterations! And can I just say Linh did not let me down! I called about 1:15pm today (Friday) and told her what I wanted done and I said I needed it Sunday. Linh told me they don't open Sundays, but I could pick it up Saturday!! Now thats service!! I walked in about 1:29pm she knew who I was straight away and directed me to the fitting rooms to change. I got measured and wallah!! (hem on my dress) I did end up adding on a steam clean and my bill came to a total of $20!! Instead of picking up Saturday I'm now picking up Monday AM because of the Steam. Great service! Example 3 dresses just needed a 1" hem, brought in within hours of each other, one was charged $30, one $35 $ one $45. Work was ok for the most part. read more

If your familiar with concert battle vests you know they are full of patches. I assembled a vest with over 40 patches on it and took it to lihns. They sewed all patches on in perfect alignment and arrangements. I am extremely happy with my vest, they followed all me requests about how I wanted it sewn. I prepaid $20 to have a pair of jeans hemmed with the original cuff. When I picked them up one leg was hemmed a full inch shorter than the other. The leg she pinned was perfectly done. The other leg was the short one and very noticeable. When I went back to have it fixed I literally had to convince the seamstress who did the work and another unidentified man that I wasn't lying. They held them up and laid them on the counter creatively and acted like there wasn't a problem. I happened to have the boots I bought them to wear with in the car so I put them on and the difference was very obvious. Then they tried to blame the manufacturer saying they must have made them that way. The jeans are from Banana Republic and I have several other pair of pants from there with no issues like this. Then she said she couldn't fix it because she cut the extra fabric off, but helpfully suggested that I should lose weight and wear them lower on my hips. They finally did what they could to fix her mistake but I can't wear them with the boots I purchased them to wear with. They refused to replace the jeans and do the hem correctly and even refused to refund the $20 I paid for the hem. 10/10 do not recommend read more

I needed to get a swimsuit altered, the design straps in the back were really big and drooping down (found it at Nordstrom Rack on sale, I think it was an error in the suit) so I took it into Linh's Alterations. I wasn't sure if they would alter swimsuits, but it was worth a shot because the suit is so cute and I got it at such a great price!! Everyone here is so friendly and welcomed me with warm smiles! They had no hesitations and were able to fit the suit correctly. The sewing stitches look great and you wouldn't even be able to tell it was altered at all. They did a GREAT job! For only $25 I was able to get the back straps perfectly fit for me and it was ready for me 2 weeks later! They did ask me if I needed it sooner, so I know they would accommodate people on a time crunch. However, I was in no rush so I told them to take their time! Amazing staff and business! They were open over Labor Day weekend unlike other alteration places. Dropped off on Saturday and picked up on Thursday for a wedding I was leaving for on Friday. Back in 2021 when I was getting married, I was told we would have to open up my dress and change the back to a corset for my dress to fit. I was estimated around $800 for alterations. I went to Linhs, and they were absolutely amazing. They let me know we did not need to and all we had to do was add a hook, and it would work just fine. I ended up paying around $100 instead of $800.
