An inspection was then scheduled, but the technician cancelled the same day because he injured his back, which I understand can happen. What's been frustrating is what happened afterward: no follow-up, no rescheduling, and no communication at all, despite the fact that the issue is ongoing and causing continued damage. When a company installs a major project like a roof, post-installation support matters just as much as the installation itself. Delays happen, but leaving a customer without any update, alternative appointment, or path forward while damage continues is not acceptable. I would much prefer to resolve this directly with Linear Roofing, but at this point I'm still waiting for basic communication.
