Price and timeline were honored however my new roof leaked. I requested multiple times they repair and they refused to honor thier warrenty or repair my leaking roof. I have all the email strings documenting the back and forth with Dennis where in the refused to repair my now leaking roof. Today I have another team of roofers repairing the water damage caused by the SPC roof leaking for the last 2 years which I am paying out of pocket.

LR remodeled a bathroom for us which took 3x as long as they said it would. * Subs were unskilled, unprofessional, did not show up as promised and did a botched job on my bathroom * Incorrectly installed wall over a curb that should not have been built * Tile installation was crooked in areas and installed with rough edges exposed * Left gobs of grout on my shower floor that we cannot get up (see pic) * Got grout on walls that had to be sanded off and repainted * Horrible job caulking * Scratched my new granite vanity top * Did not lay down floor protection on my newly installed floors and scratched them in several places....one place is almost 3 feet long Oh they also left a toilet on my front porch...said they would come back and remove from the property but instead stuck it in my garage. Then they left the mess for us to fix/clean up. Tabitha told me they just do a "construction clean up" (sweep and take out trash) and they were "done" and "offended" with my complaints. I'm sure most of the problems were because they had no one on site supervising. They simply sent subs they could find whereever and hoped they would do a good job. The best part is even though Tabitha told me all along some of her subs were not doing a good job, she now expects me to pay full price for the botched job and wants to put a lien on my house even though I've paid half the amount and am agreeing to pay a fair final settlement.

Stamper sent out two people to inspect the roof and told us that in fact our roof was actually in good shape. We just had some minor damage. Not only did Restoration Roofing replace our roof they upgraded it and when our insurance and mortgage company decided to fight each other leaving me and my wife in the middle of it to cover costs, their manager Chris Wander walked us through the steps and was super patient to get paid on work he and his team had already done. It took 9 months before everything got settled and if I was in their shoes I don't know if I would have been able to keep cool for that long.
