Even with a two person team handling it all- Michael the guy managing this location handled it all when my dad and I needed to do live scan. He explained what to expect, documentation I needed even if I don't have passport or necessary documentation that can be substituted and the fees. Ngl live scan here is way cheaper than going to UPS or big chains- only $50 for DOJ vs the nearly $100 cash only fee in UPS is a game changer especially if you can't get it reimbursed in full by HR. went on an Monday afternoon and the line moved quickly- and if you don't have any papers printed out, they have an email at the register that says where to email your work and Live scan documents to be printed from your phone and they'll take care of it. Only 4-5 people in line but the process is pretty quick for live scan ! Looking forward to doing it again in the future or also do Amazon returns too. The small store also has key cutting and personalised items you can get, and keychains you could buy with NFL and sports stuff on them, asides from envelopes and packing materials you can get cheaper than 1st party places.

This place has served me well every time I've been here to drop off packages…read more I just wanted to share that this place accepts FedEx packages! Well, I had a prepaid labeled package and they accepted it. They told me that the earliest fedex picks up is 4:30. Another one comes at 5pm. One is ground shipping and the other is another type, overnight maybe. So glad they accept it because UPS was kind of rude about me inquiring about it and usps didn't accept it. These folks were super nice over the phone. I know these jobs aren't fun and people can be impatient and rude and it could easily ruin your day but I'm just saying these people are still nice over the phone. I appreciated it.
