She said I couldn't get it. A man name "Joshua or Amed" starting writing on a receipt telling me to call tomorrow to talk to a manager so that they can review the cameras?!? I demanded a refund. He declined. I stated that I didn't have gas & that this doesn't make since. I then asked for them both to write there's names down so that I can report them to corporate. Martha then ask for the receipt back & says, "go.. I put the gas. Go" This dum bitch made a mistake & gave someone else my gas, yelled at me & didn't apologize for the mistake. Not only does it do a great job cleaning my car but the owner goes above and beyond with customer service you just don't see anymore. Once you come out of the car wash you will see a table with cloths, windex and a bin to place your dirty cloths in. Several times I've come early enough to see the owner setting up the table. I was pretty blown away, seeing him, do it with such care, and taking the time to make sure his customers have the finishing touches they need. To the owner, whoever you are, THANK YOU!!!

Long story short went in to the location in Santa Fe springs Ca. Washington and Sorensen location. Wanted to pump $50 in gas and grabbed an energy drink. I wanted to redeem my dollar off my Chevron app, system was showing I had only 10 cents a gallon. Told the girl never mind I'll take the energy drink only. I guess she wasn't paying attention. Asked her for 2 lottery tickets. I give her the amount owed . I guess she didn't remove the gas like I had asked, so when I told her I didn't want the gas she snapped her little snarky attitude threw my change and tickets on the counter at me and walked away to the back. I walked up to another guy and asked him if he was the manager and he replied "oh no my coworker that walked to the back is" I told him someone needs to talk to that girl. Now I understand everyone has bad days but this wasn't the issue because when I walked up to that counter initially she smiled and we made small talk. As the Costco's in this area tend to be, it's a bigger gas station with 5 islands: the first four having 3 pumps (forcing the middle one to be parallel parked if necessary) and the far right one only having 2. This means there are 28 nozzles, and each has a light signifying if it is empty or not. All have the extend-a-hose, allowing gas to be pumped to either side of the car, regardless of which side you parked. Gas price was $5.46 today here at Norwalk.
