I do not recommend them and have asked for them to take me off their mailing list a year after being stuck with the 500 pounds of fresh salmon. They continue to harass me and provided no support. However, I have NEVER encountered an issue like this at Primetime. Any issue I've ever had is resolved immediately with honesty. Bad business aside, I've come to realize over the years that sometimes bad things just happen with the weather and what not so the mantra of steadfast integrity is most important when you're dealing with urgent and sensitive shipments. I contacted these guys after calling literally every other delivery service in Cleveland and Akron, and they said they could. They gave me a price and two of their drivers showed up with a cargo van to pick it up within an hour after I called. The drivers were professional and knowledgeable and used a strap to make sure my pallet wouldn't move and started driving. They delivered it extremely quickly within like 11-12 hours and my client was extremely satisfied we could get this delivered to them in time (thank you for that the client is now one that buys from us all the time). Their customer service rep (Donna) was helpful and courteous, and I wouldn't hesitate to use their delivery service again.
