But their customer service lady (Donna thank you again!!) was amazingly helpful and understanding and explained how they would deliver my boxes direct. I went with them and I'm glad j did because they apparently went directly there and delivered them well before my clients show. Apparently no one in Cleveland delivers pallets on a short notice to Atlanta (it's too far for them to go) well no one but Reliable Couriers. I contacted these guys after calling literally every other delivery service in Cleveland and Akron, and they said they could. They gave me a price and two of their drivers showed up with a cargo van to pick it up within an hour after I called. The drivers were professional and knowledgeable and used a strap to make sure my pallet wouldn't move and started driving. They delivered it extremely quickly within like 11-12 hours and my client was extremely satisfied we could get this delivered to them in time (thank you for that the client is now one that buys from us all the time). I had recently gone on a trip to Miami with friends and while I was there needed to work unfortunately. In the rush to catch our flight I left behind my work laptop in the hotel room. Do not use Reliable Courier. First, they don't answer their phone and will promise to call back but they do not. I had an urgent company letter to be delivered today and they would not call back. I finally did speak with someone for a few minutes, but they were not sure they could print a letter out for me to be delivered and said they would call back and never did.
