I contacted these guys after calling literally every other delivery service in Cleveland and Akron, and they said they could. They gave me a price and two of their drivers showed up with a cargo van to pick it up within an hour after I called. The drivers were professional and knowledgeable and used a strap to make sure my pallet wouldn't move and started driving. They delivered it extremely quickly within like 11-12 hours and my client was extremely satisfied we could get this delivered to them in time (thank you for that the client is now one that buys from us all the time). Their customer service rep (Donna) was helpful and courteous, and I wouldn't hesitate to use their delivery service again.

Because the nature of my company,…read moreI've tried different couriers over the years thinking I could get a better deal and save a buck, but every other company I've tried hikes their quoted price for my delivery at the last second, or screws up the job then lies about it thinking they can fix it, while I end up holding the bag so it looks like it's my fault for a service I PAID FOR! However, I have NEVER encountered an issue like this at Primetime. Any issue I've ever had is resolved immediately with honesty. Bad business aside, I've come to realize over the years that sometimes bad things just happen with the weather and what not so the mantra of steadfast integrity is most important when you're dealing with urgent and sensitive shipments. Bottom Line: These guys get the job done at a fair price with no funny business. Can't say the same for the rest. But will post if anything changes.
