Although we needed a reservation, Sofia, the manager, was incredibly accommodating. When we arrived, Eddie and Judy greeted us with warm smiles. Since Sofia wasn't onsite, they easily connected with her over the phone to help us redeem our Groupon, and the entire process was quick and effortless. My spouse and I were escorted into our room and immediately felt relaxed. The massage included warm essential oils and hot stones, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Eddie was my massage therapist, and I initially thought his pressure might be a little too strong. However, after I asked for a medium-pressure massage, he adjusted perfectly. Whenever I requested a little more pressure in certain areas, he listened carefully and customized the massage to exactly what I needed. He was attentive, professional, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session. My spouse thoroughly enjoyed his massage as well.
