They had great chips salsa and rice but the lemonade was a bit too sweet I'm sorry to say. But it's still the best Mexican food in town and they are very friendly people! I'll come back for my enchilada and chimi fix for sure!

The only word to describe Lindo Mexico is "Beuno". The free chips were crisp and crunchy and the salsa delish. I had Heuvos Ranchero Chirizo which was about as perfect a meal as I've ever had. The flavor was amazing! The best part? Jarritos soda in a glass bottle made from real cane sugar. The Coke was also in a glass bottle with cane sugar. At the end of the meal free dessert chips! Great service and a really clean place which is a must! Check it out

Menu page one. Notice fine print: "first serving of chips and salsa is free. Additional servings will be served at menu price"

This is the "real deal;" great Mexican food at a reasonable price. Try the pollo al vino; it is a meal in itself.

Our friends got the fish & chips and they loved it. The batter looked very crispy and our fries were on point. Megan served us and she was very friendly and attentive. They've made upgrades to their menu and I think that their food options are getting better each time we return. We've also tried their Som Burger which is tasty and their Birria Tacos -- good but could use a little more seasoning. Overall, we love The Som and highly recommend them!

The positives are the décor and atmosphere. Lamps softly light the tables, and there's comfortable seating suitable for parties of any size. Service was a little slow, which I attribute to how busy it was, but the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the drinks were awful. The Long Island tasted like a premix, and the rum and Coke was watered down with too much ice. I ordered the butter chicken--it was filling but very bland. My lady ordered the birria tacos, which were extremely dry and unsatisfactory. Overall, this wasn't a good experience, and I'll be skipping this establishment the next time I'm in Burlington.

Is it knock it out the park amazing... no, but also it's not a 1 star like many have given it. I have to say what would have made this a 5 star was if the chicken would have been a little moist n a bit more seasoning. I did a double rice double protein half chicken half steak bowl. There's reviews on poor service and I do have to say service - 5 stars. The team tonight looked like they were working very smoothly together, and were communicating very well with each other that made the line move pretty quickly. While I did not try the tortillas, I did notice them being pressed n cooked right in front which I think definitely makes it stand out a bit more than a traditional chipotle per se. I would come back to Pancheros.

I was looking for something small to tide myself over for supper as I left work a little early…read more Mission accomplished on the small part! I was overall confused by the way the menu is displayed. From what I can tell, you need to know what you want going in or you are just going to make stabs in the dark, or maybe that's by design. So I figured two tacos would be the simplest way to go, should be pretty straight forward, right? Menu said $7.50 for those. I thought, well with a drink i shouldn't break $10. Come to find out there are upcharges to add toppings, I believe. Toppings were applied in teaspoon quantity. Was told there were no small cups so I would have to do a large. Wish I would have kept the receipt because that large diet coke must have been around $4.00 if my theory on upcharges for toppings is incorrect. If it's the fountain pop, is that really that hard and expensive to make? Just trying to figure out how the gap bridges from $7.50 to to the final price tag. Again, I thought I would be in the $10 dollar zone. Nope, $13.40 with a sizeable tip suggested. So with a tip I'm into it up to $16+ dollars. I guess this would have been a little easier to accept if the tacos weren't the size of tootsie rolls! I wondered if there was anything in the bag on my way to the table. I found the foil wrapper was rolled into both tacos, still scratching my head on how this can be done. Diet coke is the only diet choice. Tables were filthy at this location. If you plan to throw anything away be prepared to force it through the small hole in the cover over the overfilled trash can, therefore getting other peoples trash on your hands unless you just leave it on the top of the surface with said hole.. Trash also overflowing the trash hole by the sauce. Not sure why but I echo the other reviews, everyone exudes the vibe that they would rather be in hell than making food here. Why? It is absolutely palpable. Also the lack of attention to tables and trash cans does NOT inspire confidence on a clean kitchen. Sauce situation is confusing. A bunch of bottles by the fountain pop. Am I supposed to unwrap everything right there and sauce it while people wait behind me? Or do i grab a bottle and take it to a table? I saw one person do it that way. If thats how to do it why not just put them on the tables? Sauce bottles were all sticky fingered and gross. I mean, a pump bottle of each sauce would be easier and more hygenic, no? Or even packets, people. The food itself tasted good. And if it was scaled up to an adult sized taco and not something that seems like it should be on the kid's menu, I would probably go up a half star. I just get the vibe that you are being pulled in at one price and upcharged by a considerable percentage by the time you leave. Taco Bell shows you clearly what you are getting and how much it will cost. And the portions are not tiny while paying about half of what you get here. You have good bathrooms from what I can see. If the rest of the place could come up to that level you might be on to something.

I had been talking this place up to our team to let them know it was good food. This year was different, we had 2 hours between games so we thought we would go and order a pizza. We arrived at 5:30 and got our order in at the bar. Sitting and waiting, the bartender never checked on us or our drinks. 6:20, still no pizza. Finally a different bartender comes to check on us and we ask can you find out about our pizza? He comes out and brings the pizza and it's ice cold, he said it's been sitting back there for some time and no one ever brought it out. Now we have no time to wait for another pizza. He apologized even though he was not the bartender who took the order. Then the original bartender comes back over and fails to see the problem and never once apologizes. Just said he got busy. I get it, it happens. But they just left a pizza sit back there for 40 minutes and never thought hey someone might want that? The bartender could not understand why we were upset. And he was so defensive. I told the other guy I understand mistakes can happen but for him not to own up to it and be so rude to me after his mistake. I thought it was unacceptable. I had never felt so disrespected at a restaurant in my life. It really ruined the night, especially since we were looking forward to this for so long. Extremely dissapointed and it really did ruin the weekend. Hopefully this bartender can get it figured out and not be so rude to his next guests.
