The staff at the front desk, on the phone and in the back office are extremely professional, responsive, quick, fun and friendly. And also, very very very caring about my child and I. He is extremely articulate, intelligent, wise, caring and has a super great mannerism with my child and myself. It is very obvious that great lengths are taken to maintain an environment like this. Literally, the building is immaculate (see pictures). So far I've counted at least 7 dental assistants and they all seem to be busy with patients. They are extremely organized and it seems like everyone here is happy. As I write this review on my smartphone, Dr. Vitagliano is walking around right now looking as sharp as mr. Clean, making sure that everything is running smoothly. I'm only 25 years old but when I have kids, I know where I'm taking them. Looking over into the corner, I see that they even use an autoclave machine. Now, I only know what that is because I do biology research, and we use it to sterilize equipment before running experiments. So let me tell you, seeing that they sterilize their equipment with research grade hardware is a very very good sign. They also have a shark tank Now I want to get my teeth done here :(

They actually have a question on their new patient forms asking how they meet your needs. My answer was "be clean, be friendly and be on time". Not only did they meet my expectations, they far exceeded them! Went for a cleaning and eval with x-rays for the first time today. I was greeted by friendly receptionists in an immaculate waiting room. My paperwork was processed and I was in a room getting x-rays 2 minutes before my appointment time! They team talked me through every step and procedure, great personalities that made the entire visit cheerful. Didn't rush me through like most practices that have to see several patients at once to justify low reimbursement rates. Finally, a great dental office that takes my yucky insurance. Now I won't wait 5 years to go back!
