The owner and partner arranged a meet and greet with Lola and it was perfect. Lola has anxiety and does not like strange dogs or people. Andrea let Lola take separate space and kept her and the other dogs apart while Lola adjusted to being there. During my 9 days of vacation, I was sent updates, multiple times during the day and pictures. Leaving Lola was very hard but Harvey's Pet Care made it easier. Always accommodating, its hard to find a place that puts so much in to the happiness and safety of the dogs. Home based, comfortable, and full of dogs that all love each other. The pooches actually felt like they were at home whether playing in the backyard or sitting next to one of the owners on the floor while doing video conferencing for work. They felt just like home. I always am concerned about health and safety of the dogs when they're away but they came home just as happy and well balanced as when I drop them off. They use Facebook quite a bit which I'm not a Facebook person but they posted regular pictures so we could see what they were doing at any time of day. Their business is monitored by security cameras so I felt pretty safe that they could see what was going on in and around the property. If I can describe it in one word it's kind of like a home away from home. I would recommend.

He does not look like or smell like he's been bathed at all. I was told he was. His nails are still long and they said that they couldn't finish his head because he had too many knots. There are none. They're all under his chin that they didn't get and the bottoms of Pauze were not finished shaved. The further that did not get cut it still filthy. I will never bring him back there and then they charge more than they quoted the lucky I didn't go back to pay them and not my roommate because I'll tell you what they wouldn't have got paid. everything could be improved as for the answer from the owner I was only told one time to bring him to a vet and that was at the very end when we picked him up not multiple times everything you said on there was wrong. Finn tends to be a nervous dog, but she made him feel right at home. She even sent picture updates throughout the day, which gave me peace of mind that Finn was enjoying his stay. Maria even accommodated another friend who brought her dog for the tournament and they both got to play all day together.
