The place is very kid and pet friendly and also very quiet at night. The view is spectacular out onto the ocean. We couldn't have pick a better place for our vacation. Will definitely return again.

There's not much nearby...the closest restaurant may be 30 minutes away in Amherst. I'd recommend stocking up on groceries on your way in to the house so you have everything you need right there with you. The piano could use tuning and the shower upstairs - while in a large bathroom - is good for only those under 5 feet tall. Some design elements could have been eliminated or rethought, but overall this place is lovingly restored and appointed. I was very comfortable here and felt like I was at home.
