I'm confused they said if it didn't work it would be a 250 refund not 100. Do not use! Do not recommend! Rip off!!! Zero stars.If you are not a plumber then you should not say I will clear the line for an additional 250 and if it doesn't work I won't charge you. The right thing to do would be to say you need a regular plumber if you couldn't do what I needed. Not charge me almost 1000 dollars to not fix the problem I wanted addressed. I was told by the technician that I was not going to be charged by the hour, so I thought great because it was less than an hour to fix, yet technician was here for 3 hours! I feel taken advantage of. No way was ONE fuse over $400. The rate for visit was $225. ( I did get senior discount of $25 on that). I asked for an adjustment of the 2nd total but was refused.
