Wow, a great surprise since I am always amazed that the best food can be hidden in simple strip malls but hey! this is Canada and the best is often modest and understated here. We all chose one thing and then shared it all as a group and so yummy. The spring rolls were lovely and had a wonderful soft wrap that I hadn't seen before, even in New York or other large cities. Good service, and for dessert (so to speak) I had a cup of their coffee which was so good - strong drip coffee with sweetened condensed milk at the bottom. You had to stir it up to see it but, gosh. A little bit of heaven for sure.

It was delicious & a large serving. The egg rolls were good. Disappointed that they did not have hot mustard sauce. The Honey Pork dish was not acceptable. The pork was very fatty. More breading & fat than pork. The sauce was flavorful but I could not ingest all that fat. Some people may find that favorable. Not me or my husband. Good atmosphere. If we are ever back this way , I would defiantly give it another try.

Egg rolls were very over cooked, could not tell what the flavor was supposed to be, the sesame chicken that wasn't sesame chicken, the deep fried shrimp with the raw dough, ginger beef is my favourite dish but served here is the worst I've ever experienced. Drowned in bad tasting sauce that doesn't taste like ginger, the meat was very dry, the fried rice was bland, the stir fried vegetables sauce was thick concealed. The desserts were tiny pre bought desserts, that looked reused, color faded on the edges which was worrisome but took a try for a lovely old taste. The pops were served in cans which is fine. I prefer my drink in a can. I had over half left so i figured I'd just finish it at home, when paying the sever told us no because they Needed the deposit...that's when my spouse put the tip away. A waste of money.

Not only were they black but they were littered with crumbs and food that must have accumulated for days. I mentioned it to the waitress (who didn't bat an eye) and also to the till woman when we went to pay (who said that they were short staffed and were meaning to get them cleaned soon) but then I also said "but the back dining room where we went was just opened and it hadn't been even vacuumed yet?" and she said yes someone must have forgotten. Ok? Really? I would believe someone forgot to vacuum them for like a week!!! It turned my stomach thinking this is what they are showing the public so what must the kitchen look like??? I can't say I will be able to go back for a long time, there are too many clean places to eat in Moose Jaw. It's a shame as we really used to like their food. I had the Chinese Special and usually it comes piping hot but this time only the chicken balls and rice were hot and the vegies were lukewarm.... not a good sign. Was this just microwaved??

So this is a good review overall…read more.. My advice is to order delivery because of the audience. I've never seen such a display of gluttony in the history of buffets, and I've been to Vegas. There were literal hordes of overweight old ladies and greasy husbands storming the buffet and taking way more than any human should eat. It was like watching a carnival ride line up waiting for the best time to jump in except the stakes were higher because I actually believe one of these old ladies would have poked me with her fork for grabbing the wrong item. One woman literally dug through the shrimp stir-fry for every piece of shrimp to add to her collection of every dry rib. Half-way through our meal, we decided this was part dinner theater! The only thing more stressed than the staff were the straps of these ladies ziplock bag filled purses! Overall, the food was pretty good. Lots of salt and flavours. The wonton soup was actually better than most places i've tried. The only downside was the struggle to keep every item full but I don't blame the staff at all for that one- it was like the opening alarm to the start of the Hunger Games around that buffet table. By round two, I understood that if I was going to get full, I needed to charge in there fork balled in fist, ready to snarl with the best of them!

If you want to let your enemy tastes the worst Chinese food and let them pay alot of money for it, bring them to this place Lunch Buffet - $10.95 adult All items deep fried with thick batter. I cut open the batter to eat the tiny piece of fish inside, but the fish sticks to the batter. The only thing edible during lunch is the vegetables, watery rice noodles and fried rice. All other items is Deep Fried with thick batter So I decide to order from the menu, shrimp chow mein ($14.95) - the noodles is not wok fried, it is boiled in water, drain of water and then topped with soy sauce and sweet chili sauce. The people who run this place think they can make alot of money by cheating the locals and tourists with lousy Chinese food because they are the only game in town. I am very ashamed of this place.

We had to continually wait for food to come out of the kitchen, you couldn't even fill your plate. Most of the food that was out was cold, the noodles were rubbery.
