Had a wonderful Lunch date with my wife here the other day, would have to recommend!…read more Food 8/10 I'm a sucker for Indian food as it is, but the buffet lunch style (which is we both went with) really allowed us to explore a number of tasty dishes, and explore what this cuisine really had to offer. I especially enjoyed the Matar Paneer, as well the Daal Tadka! Service 9/10 When we arrived, the restaurant was essentially empty. This being the case, the wait staff was particularly on the ball making sure we were comfortable. Particularly, we had one waitress who was kind enough to volunteer some guidance with the buffet line, explaining which sauces would put with which meals, etc. Overall, a very friendly staff! Ambience 4/10 The building itself is pretty bare bones. There's not much of an aesthetic that's attempted in any form. There are several decals haphazardly placed around the venue, but overall the space didn't really feel inhabited by the restaurant. As noted above the restaurant was empty when we arrived, and this paired with the lack of music made for a pretty awkward silence to begin our lunch haha. Overall, food and service made our visit to this restaurant one we will likely repeat!

They told me it would be ready in 20 minutes, I said I'll be there in 25 minutes. When I arrived they kept telling me 2 minutes- 2 minutes- it's almost ready. They brought the food to the counter 30 minutes after I arrived. To make a cup of tea and side items took them 55 minutes!!!!! The food lacked flavor. I was totally disappointed. While waiting, nobody else was in the restaurant during dinner time. Now I know why. I will not go back there. NOPE!!

One lamb dish. One beef dish. Three chicken dishes. A few vegetarian ones. The somasas are flavorful. The beef dish (Kahara?) is second to none. The chickpea curry was good. The chicken curry we ordered had really great flavor but for some reason, used the cheapest parts of the chicken. Lots of small back bones and neck bones. Spoils the dish. The tandoori oven grilled fish, chicken and beef was excellent. I think this could be a great restaurant but they have to focus on the details. Oh, and bring your own rice. Seriously, why would you not serve rice which is so cheap with your curries? The average meal cost on the menu is 16-18 dollars. And then you need to add a small bowl of rice for an additional $6? No, not on.
