Horrible filing. Nothing matches. I could've gotten press on nails from the drugstore that looked better than this.

I absolutely would not recommend this business. I am trying to warn everybody about the horrible experience I had. Heed me when I say do not use this place. I am surprised it's still in business. I came in town from Dallas for work. I had to do a presentation the next day. I went in with three nails missing so I wanted to have a new set put on. I had to have three tips done as well as well. I went in with a picture and explained several times that that's the file color and everything I wanted. Not only did it not come close, but it was a horrible result. I spent two hours in the salon. Hardly anyone spoke English. As a matter of fact, I think only one lady named Cathy spoke a little English. The rest of the time they were gossiping and giggling in Vietnamese. The tips weren't even laid flat on my real fingernail so there's a big gap between my real nail and the tip. At this point, I'm scared I might get a fungus. I can't wait to get back to Dallas have them removed and redone. So embarrassing and disappointing to look at my hands. I sure hope the owner pays attention to these reviews. I wish I would've read prior to going, but unfortunately the Wi-Fi and cellular were not working, so don't plan on using your phone. I went in asking for the set of pink you see in my pictures. Instead, I got some ugly white color with a horrible hand and drill filed look.

Poor quality manicure. Sloppy, file was dirty, cuticles were not trimmed properly, gel has already chipped off after just a few days.

This place looks filthy and doesn't seem hygienic. The people who work there are rude.

Very strong chemicals. Hard to breath. Other than feeling like I'm going to die, it was nice. Hope this helps.

I've gone here twice and have gotten an infected toe both times! Do not go here! Also they make you wait forever.

Petunia reminds me of me in some ways, our birthdays are a couple days close. She's an extremely independent spirit. She is highly professional, has her own private salon space, and it's really an all encompassing spa experience to and for me. Petunia uses specialty products that are more natural. So say good bye to gel lamps, and all that stuff that can harm Or weaken you nails. She has a treasure trove of countless colors, and options. I brought a color I love, on my second visit! She is experienced, and a masterful professional and artist! I found it tremendously easy and welcomed to be my authentic self, on both my appointments. She had me there for 3 full hours of pampering and smoothing down my unattended rough edges, with salt scrubs, and filing the ridges off my nails. She's lovely, attentive, kind, real, and fun. Her personality compliments mine, and she's a very dear being and a treasure. I work like she does, as a hypnotherapist, giving extra time and attention, valuing my clients and learning from them! She is full of love, and I am too, so we get along famously. If you just want to fade into the rafters and have a quick, uneventful boring manicure in a sea of foreign manicurists, go somewhere more generic. Yet if you too are a Santa Fe original, and comfortable and secure in yourself, and being honored, respected, and treated like the true queen that you are, try something new, and let this dear professional upshift you to the next level of true fine craft and care! I truly love Petunia like an old soul kin friend, and I've only been to her twice. You will feel so blessed and beautiful inside and out. What a glorious gift to myself of connection, renewal, and supreme self care! Local, tourist, creative, whomever you are, near or far, I highly recommend Petunia's Place for the works. Don't skimp on yourself! Get all the bells and whistles. Make it a spa day! You are worth it! Yay! Graced and Grateful! Thank you Petunia! I look marvelous, and am turning heads with my lovely mani pedi!

For a REAL pedicure, this is it. Petunia is 100% charming, professional, and thorough…read more The place is wonderfully quirky unlike the usual typically slick, icy salon with a million distracting tv's. It is not your average pedicure. Treat yourself. MV
