Robyn's Pet Grooming agreed to see them. They have been going regularly now for 1-1/2 years and we are so pleased with their treatment. They respond well to the sweet talk and patience of the staff who have vet tech experience as well as grooming skills. In fact, their groomer helped us determine that one of our cats showed signs of a physical problem. That led to our vet determining that he had developed diabetes and we were able to reverse the weight and muscle loss he was experiencing. The grooming is quick and efficient to minimize their stress, matting is no longer an issue and it's easier for them to keep themselves clean now.

Some with medical issues, some returned with never before seen behavioral problems. I know they drugged my dog because she heard me and was howling to get to me. I can only tell anyone else who didn't see my review and picked up their pet with a problem, take it to the vet immediately and have your pet tested for drugs and or mistreatment. All I can say is Debbie didn't think for a moment about drugging my dog while I waited outside for her to come to the door. She overdosed my dog to the point of kidney problems. Debbie is fortunate the statue of limitation is past or she would be dealing with me in court. That dog was my best friend to me and my children. I will never forget what Debbie did to my beautiful Aussie.

He has been to day camps for socialization with other dogs since he was 10 weeks old and THIS IS THE ONLY DAY CAMP THAT HE HAS EVER COME HOME TIRED FROM! Rocky has a Fi collar so i can track his exercise/steps for the day...he did 5 MILES HIS FIRST DAY! It is such a blessing to come home from work and get an hour to myself while he naps! I also love how involved the intake process for new dogs is in regards to vaccine/vet records-THEY EVEN REQUIRE FECAL RESULTS! All the staff I have met for pick-ups and drop-offs have been ABSOLUTLY AMAZING! They all greeted Rocky by name from DAY 1! Erica, the owner is also OUTSTANDING! She has been MORE THAN accommodating with trying to find solutions that allow my pup to come while I start a new job and have an unpredictable schedule. I cannot say enough good things about her or her business. I recommend Run! to every dog owner I have met since moving here a month ago! If you have a dog that needs an energy outlet (like mine) or just want peace of mind-RUN TO RUN! Day Camp for Dogs! *I ESPECIALLY WANT TO RECOGNIZE THE AMAZING STAFF MEMBER WHO WAITED WITH ROCKY WHEN CIRCUMSTANCES PREVENTED ME FROM GETTING TO HIM ON TIME!! I WAS 45 MINUTES LATE AND SHE WAS SUPER POLITE AND NICE WHEN I FINALLY DID SHOW UP! I MEAN WHO WOULDNT BE CRANKY AFTER WAITING 45 MINUTES AFTER A WORK DAY TO GO HOME? About 6 years ago (when my baby was only 3y/o), she somehow ingested rat poison. She barely made it back to the house, covered in blood, and clearly dying. We immediately took her to the closest animal hospital (since Banks is about a 25 min drive for us) and were told that there was nothing they could do for us besides "keep her comfortable" and the only other choice we had was taking her to Dove Lewis in Portland which would be well over $1000. They wrapped her in some warm towels to keep her body temp up and later charged us over $100 for THAT, which is flat out ridiculous. Not accepting any of this, we took a chance and drove her to Banks. They treated it as an emergency when it obviously was, and said she'd need a transfusion. Dr. Steve worked his magic (I believe someone had to quickly find a stray to help with the transfusion) and saved my kitty's life. They kept her overnight to monitor and she made it through. It's been quite some time since this happened, but I don't recall the bill being any higher than $500. I'm pretty sure it was less, which is more than worth it to save my baby's life. I will forever be grateful to Dr. Steve and his staff. **Also major bonus points for this place being a farm vet, because they will look at any of your pets (bunnies, rats, horses, etc). I remember calling once and the receptionist told me that Dr. Steve was busy delivering a baby horse somewhere. Awesome!
