The street parking was easy and there's a dog park nearby. The customer service was friendly and helpful. I wish they have a price chart for all items but the cashier said they don't and it's based on their experience, which makes no sense. The customers should have the right to know what their items will cost ahead of time. The throw blanket was $45 and the cropped trench jacket was $24.50. Dropped off Wednesday morning and pick up is the following Tuesday afternoon. Pay cash to avoid 3.5% credit card fee. I like how the cashier was honest and told me I can throw my throw blanket in the washing machine due to its material, which I agree 100% but I wanted the furs to be fluffy so opted for dry cleaning.

I told them that the Americans with Disabilities Act requires them to admit me with my service dog. They physically barred me from entry nonetheless, because "some of their customer" might not like it. If you are a person with a disability who has a similar experience with Family Laundromat, please leave a record of it here so that others can establish a pattern of behavior. Business owners like this feel free to flaunt the law because the supposed watchdog agencies will do nothing, even when you file a well-documented complaint. HOWEVER, if you want to see your clothes go missing, please use their wash and fold service. They farm it out to another cleaners and the second time I ever used their service, I have at least 8 items of clothing that went totally missing, and everything was messed up. Furthermore, rather than rectifying anything, they made me pay for my clothes before i could get the ones that were left, and had no plans to ever follow up with me on it. It was beyond disappointing. I'm writing this review so that others know not to come here for this service.
