I would not recommend this company for fencing or landscaping services. The owner, Allen, provides…read morea project timeline, after receiving the deposit, the completion took over a week longer than originally promised (Fence). Communication during this time was also frustrating. Additionally, my experience with the owner's professionalism was concerning. When I chose not to proceed with his offered services ( lanscaping) he spoke negatively about other local businesses. In the past week, he posted a photo of a neighboring property's fence on social media to criticize another company's work, which created unnecessary attention for the homeowner and seemed extremely inappropriate. The company's contract states that they will attempt to comply with local HOA requirements but are not responsible if those standards are not met. This raises concerns, especially given examples in the neighborhood where fences appear to have issues such as warped materials, broken slats shortly after installation, and alignment problems with property lines. Attempts to address these concerns reportedly result in additional charges rather than resolution under the original agreement. Not responsible for warped posts and broken slats. There have also been instances where the owner approached homeowners after other contractors were hired, offering to fix alleged issues and speaking negatively about those companies. Overall, based on these experiences, observations, and conversations with other neighbors. I would not recommend using this business. Also, before Allen goes on his rant, as he will do. I am not a local business. I am a resident of this community. If you look at all of his bad reviews he instantly dismisses them by saying that it is a competing business. He will also state he doesn't badmouth other companies which anyone who has chosen a different company over him, will attest Split rail fences with posts that are different heights, not by an inch but by a few inches. (Sterling Ranch off POCO Rd) Privacy Fences over a foot off property line. (Sterling Ranch) Allen replied and did exactly what I said he would... im sorry for your confusion. I hired you to do my fence ( gave deposit work took a week longer than promised) chose not to use your landscaping ( when you get irritable and bad mouth the other company I was choosing over you) You failed to deny stopping at other houses badmouthing the work being done by other co tractors that were hired over you. Didnt acknowledge your uneven posts at the corner of sterling ridge and Poco? One of the warped fences that I know you did is off the walkway between the houses going out to vollmer. You act as if there are companies going around trying to take your business. Yet you act wildly immature and petty when someone wees through your door to door sales tactics. Actual people that had bad interactions with you are just telling people who you really are a door to door salesman that cant acknowledge mistakes without acting like a child. I tell everyone I meet moving in here to avoid you and will continue to do so. We can keep it going if you would like, my neighbor showed me your Facebook posts doing the same thing. You act like a child and your posts prove it.

We have a new house with a lot that has great views and we needed a design that would make the most of it. The backyard was very sloped so they brought in 660 tons of fill so that we can walkout of our house without steps. They created a large patio with a large stone firepit, a dining area, raised planters, lots of garden areas, native grass with wildflowers, and a trail down the hill. We are now the neighborhood party house. They did all of this in Oct-Dec so don't be afraid to plant in the winter. They have a designer on staff that is beyond amazing at yard layout. The work crew was so friendly and talented, hard working. It really is an outstanding company. A couple of plants didn't make it through the first winter, and they came out and replaced them without us even asking. They check up on the yard every once in a while just to make sure everything is taking root and growing. They also did all of the up-lighting on trees and lighting on the sidewalk. Also lighting around the gorgeous fire pit they built for us. Oh, did I mention our water feature?!!! And they did a rock river on our side yard where we had drainage issues dealing with runoff during rain storms. Works great! We have some Kentucky blue grass up around the house, but not much. We stuck to a lot of natural grasses and wildflowers which are more drought resistant. We had them put a beautiful waterfall under our bedroom window and listen to it in the summer when we go to sleep.

We have been very pleased with the lawn maintenance services provided by Devon and his crew. They strive to provide services as requested by the homeowner in addition to making suggestions to improve the property. Devon came with the crew the first couple of times to ensure that our specific mowing requests were met. Our requests were met then and continued to be met on a weekly basis throughout the season. Devon is a really good guy. His business stays quite busy and is usually completely booked throughout the mowing season. He is responsive to texts and/or emails. I appreciate his integrity and that of his crews.
