We could not have been happier and will use them again. He and Kody have our 5 stars.

The whole crew was supper kind, professional, and timely. They went above and beyond with the project we agreed upon, and even offered to do extra on site, and that's very rare - such good people. They worked ahead of schedule all day it seemed and were gone by 3 leaving my place/property in tip top shape. AJ came out and gave me an estimate after receiving my email, pictures, and description of the work needed. He was friendly, professional and polite. He went over each item with me and informed me of the benefits and problems involved, giving me great advice throughout the free estimate/consultation visit. Scheduling the work was handled via text and AJ was very helpful, accommodating, and responsive. When the foreman and crew came out to do the work, they were all just as polite, friendly, and professional. They used a bucket truck to reach the tallest areas on both trees, consulting with us often to ensure they did what we wanted. We requested they lift the canopy higher, but gave them all other discretion in trimming the rest of the trees. They checked with us when done and cleaned up all debris, leaving us very happy customers!

I had King Tree Service remove a huge dead Cottonwood tree and I could not be happier with their work. The crew - Bryce, Warren & Darrien - arrived on time, went over the basic process, worked around my inconveniently laid out backyard without complaint and left the area cleaner than they found it. The dead branches were hanging over the fence into my neighbors yard and he said they did a great job cleaning up on his side of the fence as well. The tree had grown completely against the fence and a few of the slats broke during the process. Those were replaced before they even finished the clean up. I'm not sure the damage could have been avoided considering the tree and the fence were basically married. I also wanted the stump cut to 10 feet, plus some specific branches saved and put aside. They did exactly what asked and didn't roll their eyes (at least not out loud ) Thank you for doing a great job and making the entire experience easy for me!
