The project included the cutting and pruning but also deep stump grinding to enable us to convert the spaces to perennial planting beds. To be clear, this was a massive, sophisticated project. They were competitive on price, but much more importantly, they showed up on time and as promised and did absolutely awesome work. Their crews were genuinely kind, articulate, motivated, professional and beyond competent. They did amazing work and left the property in pristine condition. While we all hope for great service and great results, we often find ourselves with experiences and finished products that are just short of expectations. Tree Artisans, from The very first interaction until the final clean-up absolutely delivered. Highly recommend!

I had King Tree Service remove a huge dead Cottonwood tree and I could not be happier with their work. The crew - Bryce, Warren & Darrien - arrived on time, went over the basic process, worked around my inconveniently laid out backyard without complaint and left the area cleaner than they found it. The dead branches were hanging over the fence into my neighbors yard and he said they did a great job cleaning up on his side of the fence as well. The tree had grown completely against the fence and a few of the slats broke during the process. Those were replaced before they even finished the clean up. I'm not sure the damage could have been avoided considering the tree and the fence were basically married. I also wanted the stump cut to 10 feet, plus some specific branches saved and put aside. They did exactly what asked and didn't roll their eyes (at least not out loud ) Thank you for doing a great job and making the entire experience easy for me!

Unfortunately we were not able to save the tree however I was very appreciative that they came out and looked at it for me. They wanted $175 to remove the tree which I thought was excessive for a six month old tree. They explained everything you were going to do and did a walk-through after and cleaned up all the debris well. All of them were polite and kind and we're very pleased with the service. I would actually have given five stars if it didn't take so long to get the appointment: we initially called about eight weeks ago and then didn't hear from them and we called back to check where we were in their line, we were told they lost our email address. I'm not sure what the glitch was there but that put our job off for several more weeks, which was unfortunate but everything else went great once we got them out here.
