Well customer service was nice no complaints in that area. Unfortunately, the quality of nail work began to fail on day 8 and by the 11th day after getting nails done 4 nails are missing. I am beyond awe. I haven't been able to return due to the fact I went out of town for my birthday and had to return to work. I will be off tomorrow yet not sure if I should even return and waste time because tomorrow is Mother's Day and definitely not where I want to spend my day. Despite the fact I got them done for my birthday and Mother's Day and the nails (ombré full set acrylic) didn't even make it 2 weeks. 2 fell off in the shower, 1 fell off opening a NYX Liquid eyeliner box (only had to pull the tab back simple task) 4th still wondering how⁉ $70 read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE !!! giving 1 star because there was a nice lady that did my pedi, super sweet she did a good job. I had an appointment for 1:30, I didn't get seated till 2. Pedi was great, she finished and said 5 mins till my fill. I waited 30 before I decide to get up and pay. ( I was going to leave after) when I stood up the owner says oh I'm getting to you now. So I pay and sit back down 2 mins later she proceeds to sit someone else in her chair and start on their nails. I stand up and she says oh Cindy is going to do you, she's almost done.. that's not what I was told she told me she would do my nails not cindy. Point is I was in this shop for 3 hours and only got a pedi, the owner decided to let someone else skip me just because that person was a loyal customer ( I could tell by conversation) I'll never go back here & I advise you all go somewhere else as well. By the way I drove 1 hr and a half to make my appointment with this bottom of the barrel nail shop. Take your money elsewhere. Oh & there was another girl waiting for about an hour to get service they told her after her sitting there for an hour they can't do her nails. She was also black. I Decided to treat myself for my birthday, wanted to get my nails and feet done. But since I'm not from here, I didn't know the best place to go, but I wanted to stay close to home. So doing a google search, I came across Lincoln Nails Spa. Decided to check them out. Not only was I impressed and happy with the service I received and product I left with, I will also return and recommend them to anyone looking for a new nail salon. They followed all the guidelines for Covid 19. Keeping distance, wearing masks, plexiglass dividers, lots of bottles of hand sanitizer for customers. Salon was very clean and kept up well. They are reasonably priced. I was immediately offered a refreshment, and the checked periodically if I changed my mind or became thirsty. Kim and Donna were the ones to help me. Kim did my pedicure and Donna did my nails. Kim is the owner (from what I gathered). Donna, was very focused did an amazing job on my nails. I went with a dipped nail. She was very accommodating to my requests. I tried not to be too complicated, but I feel that day I was and she was very patient and helpful. She also made sure the skin on my fingers were protected from the nail file! (We all know that hurts like a mother!) she never nicked me. When she was finished, she massaged my hands with lotion. Kim, on pedicure, was very gentle, I got the basic pedicure this day. My feet are super ticklish and once she noticed that she slowed down some. The spa massage chairs we THE BEST CHAIRS I've sat in for a pedicure. They have a wider seat and the chairs scoot back far enough for me to comfortable. I am 6ft tall and most massage chairs in nail salons make you feel stuffed. It just uncomfortable, but not here! Loved it! I didn't include a pic of my feet because they are my winter feet lol, very little toenail so I'll spare you. Lol Overall, I will be returning to Lincoln Nails Spa for my color change, fill in and pedicure! I think I've found my nail salon. I know most people are on set on their salons, but in these Covid times some salons are limiting people and/or wait times are long. I always say, have a back up salon for days like that! Try them for yourselves. You won't be disappointed! I had a pedicure and overall it wasn't any better or worse for the price then other salons in Lincoln. However, the polish was not great. She did not paint the tips of the nails so when I lift my toes I see white nail. Also, she told me to stay seated for 5 minutes so I did thinking she would return to help me put on my sandals so the nails didn't smudge. this what other salons I go to do. After 10 minutes I decided she wasn't coming back so I tried very carefully to put on my sandals. Guess what? I wasn't successful. Smudged big toes. Not going back to this salon. read more

Five stars is not nearly enough. I have gone to so many nail salons over the years and have yet to find one that I'll commit to. I stumbled across Lincoln Nails Spa and was greeted with a friendly staff, a clean establishment, and super great music. The floor makes you wonder if the space used to be an aquarium or a fish store, but somehow transports you to a place of relaxation. I just had the best pedi ever here. I don't know if this will make sense to everyone, but I'm going to put it out there anyway. Some people are energy workers and I'm pretty sure the woman who did my pedicure today was an energy worker. Maybe she does this intentionally; maybe she does it without realizing her gift. In any case, she was definitely doing some reflexology and I have not felt this relaxed and stress free in way too long. My pedicure looks great and I feel wonderful. read more

I wouldn't recommend going here. I never ever write reviews but with how positive it is on here with the experience we just had I have to. My niece and I came in for gel manicures with designs that we thought were simple enough. I could have done better myself. The woman who did my nails seemed inconvenienced when I changed my mind on between the main color and design color before she even applied it. She got nicer once she realized how shitty it looked. She even said it was the best she could do. But the other woman was very nice doing my nieces nails. When charging me the woman looked at both our nails (laughed obviously looked bad) and didn't charge us for the designs which was nice?. I feel bad for posting such a negative review bc I'm not that person but the pictures speak for themselves. And I went off of the reviews I saw on here. They sent a message after saying they could fix it but after spending an hour or more we were already late and I don't live here. read more

My last two experiences here have been less than stellar. I got a shellac manicure and within 4 days my nails were chipped and peeling. I went in and they did fix them at no charge and suggested that I try the dip manicure at my next visit. That was a mistake. I keep my nails short. I asked before we started if they were too short for dip and the man doing them told me that it would be fine. He did not trim my nails or cuticles at all. He simply started the dip process. It went downhill quickly. The thumb nail on my right hand is not covered completely and is very clumpy. There are hangnails because he did not trim my cuticles. All of the nails have cracked. It hasn't even been a week yet. Tomorrow I will be going to a more reputable salon to undo this mess. read more

When Lincoln Nails Spa first opened, it was a wonderful place to go to be pampered. I was there a couple weeks ago, which will be my last time. My dip mani looks as though I tried to do it myself and one nail has cracked lenthwise, while most others are missing part of the clear coat. When I sat down for my pedicure, I asked the technician (I believe the owner) to be very careful and gentle, as I'm a diabetic. She proceeded to cut my toe with the cuticle clipper and then tried to hide it with her hand! I asked her to move her hand, saw the blood, and then heard her giggle. Save your money. I really liked this place because I thought they were nice, fair priced and my nails looked good the few times I went. I got shellac full sets each time but this last time my nails completely fell apart. I typically would just blame this on my weak fingernails and probably getting acrylics too often. The reason I am not is because 5 of my nails ripped off when taking my nails off. This has never happened to me in my 7 years of getting acrylics. Leads me to believe they use cheap product/super glue on your nails because I was unable to get my nails off without them ripping. They were on for 3 weeks so it's not that it was too soon. read more

I loved this place so much, I have never gotten my nails done there before but I would go and get my pedicures there very often. Everyone is very welcoming and kind. However, the one time I get my nails done there has to be one of the worst nail salon experiences ever. The man who did my nails was terrible, not understanding, and racist. He made a racist comment about dark skinned people stating that the stereotype for dark skinned people who get their nails done long are lazy and dirty. As well as when he did my nails, he seemed to have little knowledge on what I wanted to do. He kept just doing what he wanted to do rather than the design and color I wanted. The man was very disrespectful and was very rude to me as a customer. He needs more education on nails and how to do proper customer service. I will not be coming back to this salon. read more

This review is for the man here only. The man here is rude, hurried, did my daughters nails and they look awful. I could have done them better as a beginner. Not glued down, shaped after gel and was more interested in turning and watching tv and leaving. Didn't listen to her. Disrespectful to women in general. I had an 11:30 appointment at Lincoln Nails Spa. At check-in, I was warmly greeted. The shop is beautiful and clean. I asked for a dip for my nails and a basic pedicure. My dip turned out very well, both trimming and the color dip. When it came time for my basic manicure, a nice woman came to the chair. I could tell she was very new at this, but I didn't mind. She gave my nails a good trim, a very good feet and leg massage. Another experienced woman came over to polish my toenails. Again, a very good finish. If a person has a couple of hours to relax and be pampered, I recommend Lincoln Nails Spa. read more
