I had been dealing with the Salem, Oregon branch of Norco for CPAP supplies and questions about mobility devices. They had always performed well, or at least earned a 'C' average, but the past several years I had noticed an erosion of the ability of the company to meet the needs of its clients. On February 20th, 2026, I placed an order for CPAP supplies from Norco Salem. After a couple weeks, I called to check on the status. The order had not processed. They had noticed I needed an updated prescription from my doctor. It seems the previous doctor approval had expired. Did anyone call me? Nope There were subsequent failures, including sending the request to the wrong doctor! I called Norco many times. The only time they called me was to tell me they had finally received the correct prescription from the correct doctor. But my sleep doctor had sent me an email with a copy of the prescription on the 20th of April. It took Norco a full week to acknowledge and record it. After two months and eleven days, and after placing an order earlier this week, I called this morning, May first, to make sure the order had shipped and was on its way. They lost the order. Placed it again. So on Friday, May 1st, 2026, I am still at least ten days away from receiving an order I placed on February 20th. I have to admit.....I have no hope and no faith in Norco's ability to deliver. They could have put the parts on their van and driven it to me, a distance of less than one mile! Don't take my word for it. There are plenty of sad reviews from disappointed customers. They share similar experiences. If you're looking for home medical supplies, mobility devices, CPAP support and the like, you have plenty of choices. I encourage you to do your homework! This is important stuff! You should deal with someone who does a great job and cares about you. NORCO AIN'T IT!

I ordered with 2-day shipping to make sure I got what I needed in time. I confirmed that what I needed was in stock, though there was a part of my order which was low priority for me which was backordered. When it got to be 2 days before without any confirmation or note regarding shipping, I contacted their customer service to follow up. After getting past the required referring me to the order status link, which I had already told them shows pending but no other information, then telling me that the order was pending, where I again asked for more information, I was finally informed that the individual warehouse has a policy (contrary to what was explicitly stated on the company website) that they will not ship out an order unless all products on that order are in hand. Luckily, Amazon had the product I needed in stock and was able to deliver the next day, so I requested my pending order be cancelled. (I was, of course, informed that they could request the cancellation, but that it could not be guaranteed.) On the other hand, I would definitely recommend the in store locations. I found the staff there courteous and helpful. I definitely intend to shop there again.
