I was ask to leave the store with out resolving my issue! Very unprofessional and very bad customer service.

I can't even tell you his name because he did not have a name tag on. I will never approach anyone at that counter in Costco. He ruined my shopping experience at Costco. My experience with most reps at these counters know as much as I do. I'm a senior and I'm not tech savvy.

Returned the tracker that she said was free only to see $10/mo on my bill. Even after I returned it Sprint had to call the store because it was never removed. She also stated the iPhone watch was $10/mo I asked repeatedly only $10/mo was told yes only to see $30/mo on the hill she failed to mention the $20 device fee. Brian the 'manager' is absolutely USELESS I don't know why he's even there. He can't ever help with anything and I have to repeatedly go into the store to deal with their lies and hidden fees!!!! However, the guy that helped me was more into their shenanigans than helping with my needs. He was a nice guy, after about 5 minutes. Kept calling me "bro", thought that was a tad unprofessional but hey, I am ok with it. Overall, he did install a new SIM card in my phone, which didn't fix the problem. So, after 5 minutes of looking around for a new phone, and listening to the constant roar of laughter by the employees silly antics, my sales rep came up to me and asked to try one more thing. He took my phone over and sprayed canned air in the SIM card slot and voila, my phone worked again. So, overall, my initial problem was resolved (and for free because it's a corporate office). The downside was the high school atmosphere. I'll go back in.
