The interior is dark (could also be that it was a gloomy day) and quiet, but Cindy plays relaxing music as soon as your appointment starts. She offers water upon entry. After the initial face cleanse, she analyzed my skincare and pretty much talked me through the process of the facial and made recommendations based on my skin. My whole experience was very relaxing and I even fell asleep for a couple of minutes. My skin was rough and dry coming in, and is now soft and plump. I definitely plan on coming back. Cindy is extremely kind, accommodating, and straight to the point. She is also knowledgeable and answered any and all my questions I had for her. I recommend her for the best bang for your buck! My only tip is book in advance!

Anyway, I submitted a form online and Jiarui texted within the hour. She said that she can help me with my melasma and had an opening on Saturday. When I arrived, it looked like I was checking into a hotel. They gave me a form and later a cup of water. Jiarui came to greet me and brought me to her office. We talked about my concerns and what treatment I had done. She was very thorough and informative. Furthermore, she suggested other products but wanted me to focus on taking care of my melasma first. She said that they are having a promotion and gave me a price that was very competitive. The package is a series of 15 sessions and I would have to go weekly. After I had agreed, she got me on the phone with Dr Waxman to screen me and see if I was a good candidate for the laser. He's very nice and talks fast like any Kaiser doctor would. After she was done registering me, she took my payment and there was no surcharge for using credit card and tip is included. Then she walked me to the sink to wash my face. We went to the photo room and there were signs on the walls with numbers. That's where you look so she can take the photos. They use a Canon camera and it's already set up to take photos. Then we went to the room to get the laser done. The nurse told me that there will be a series of three rounds. After each round, she patted my face with an ice pack. When we were done, she took the goggles off my eyes and covered my eyes from the light since it was very bright. She put moisturizer on my face and went to get Jiarui. Jiarui walked me back to her office and recommended using some solution to buy on my own to help speed up recovery. Also, she booked the next four appointments for me and we bonded over cats so I showed her my Reels. She is very helpful, honest, a good listener and very nice. At first, I had my doubts based on other providers that I've encountered but third time is a charm. They seem be very knowledgeable and everything runs pretty smoothly. I'm hoping that this will be my forever beauty home. I highly recommend visiting them and get a consultation.

The hydrofacial itself was so amazing she started off with giving me a massage. It honestly felt like lymphatic drainage for my face because I do gua sha at home. Then she brought out a steam machine and some cold roller thing. And she used a machine that felt like water was squirting into my face with air but my face didn't feel wet. I honestly don't know what was going on. Everything felt so amazing though I felt SO RELAXED. She even did extractions for me on my nose which I have not done in AGES. You do need to pay up front and they will keep a package for you. Weekdays they are open until 7 pm. Closed on Monday. Sat and Sunday they close at 6 pm. I was very impressed with Michelle's knowledge and professionalism. She looked at my face and immediately knew my skin type and conditions. She was very through with my visit. I can also tell she used good skin care and advised what type of treatment she is applying on my face during my session. She also made some suggestions on what i should continue to do at home and even gave me some samples to try. I was relieved she wasn't those annoying salesperson whom is pushy in buying her products. Overall, i was very happy with the service. I was very relaxed and felt very pampered. I can immediately feel how much more soft and smoother my face looks now right after the facial. To continue, upon calling & speaking to Ann today by phone, I experienced the most unprofessional and discriminatory encounter from her. Before I could give my reason for calling & referral, along with my past experience with Youthderm etc, she seem to judge me (by voice) and shut down any chance of me making appointment and hung the phone up on me. It was quite hurtful to experience this especially, because Lydia (Youthderm) who is Asian and whom I was a customer for several years, was so awesome and caring. So, I just wanted to make aware of this unprofessionalism in this day and age, especially when I expressed kind interest in Ann Wu's service, but I was met with discrimination. This review is for semi-permanent brows tattoo only…read more So this is the second time I get my brows tattooed. I did my first time in Korean Town with Sherry. I was pleased with the results until I met Anne. She showed me how a pair of perfect brows should look like. Of course, it takes about 2 hours to finish. ( Compared to The K-town lady Sherry only spent 15 minutes on me....) First thing first, I got anesthesia gel with plastic wrap on my brows. The numbing process takes about 20 minutes. Then Anne will remove the numbing gel and design the shape of my brows with me. She gives me professional opinion and she also listens to my opinion. She draws the perfect shape I want then uses a pen to dot the frame. Second procedure is to actually tattoo the brows. I have black hair and brows, however since I dyed my hair to a lighter color, I picked lighter brown color for my brows instead of dark brown. The tattoo procedure is pretty tolerable, she kept checking on me to see if the anesthesia still works. If I felt a lot of pain, she would stop and give me more numbing gel. The blade is disposable. This is very important as it keeps everything and everyone clean! I felt little pinch. The entire process is pretty manageable. I did have Anne stopped for second round numbing gel. But I'm very sensitive so it's kind of expected for me. After initial tattoo is done. Anne gave me some cool gel so I can apply on my brows and it helps the wounds (little strokes) to heal fast. You are not supposed to wash your brows with water the first day. But after the first night, I washed my face regularly. My brows were full healed in 4 days. Then the scar tissue fell off completely in about a week and half. After that, it's completely natural looking. I got my free touch up in a month. It's free by the way. To be honest, I don't even have to touch up cause the results was perfect. But I still came in to touch up and get my brows even more perfect! The touch up process is pretty much similar to the initial tattoo process. Just shorter and faster. The after tattoo care procedure is the same. Avoid water the first night! After all I'm super satisfied. I didn't do much research the first time and I felt I got fooled! This time I'm fully informed and all the YouTube videos I checked out have the same kind of steps! (Again I have to say the K-Town lady skipped so many steps to speed up her clients!) The tattoo is supposed to last for at least 3-4 years! OMG the last time I did it, they told me it only last for 6 months! I will definitely recommend everyone who has less brow hair and has gaps in brows get the semi-permanent brows makeup. Life saver! Time saver! And forever beautiful. Best $350 I ever spent!!!
