I used to go to her when I had acne in high school; I was super awkward in high school--so I'm glad that at least I had rocking skin thanks to Auntie Connie. At every appointment, she evaluates your skin and determines what treatment is best for you. Sometimes she recommends me using certain products types for my skin but has never ever pushed any of her products on me; in fact, she's definitely told me to look for things online instead. (They sell some of the things they use during the appointment.) She also shapes your eyebrows and (depending if you have acne there) waxes your upper lip during your appointment. Also her facial massages are A+. Her place is so peaceful and comforting that I always end up taking a nap while the mask is on. Yes the extractions hurt super bad, and yes you can hardly breathe when she uses the steamer, but I cannot praise enough about the wonders she has done for my skin.
