From what I understand the busses arrived at the hotel on time, but we're not in their designated spot (which was given to me by aggieland limo). the guest had no idea where they were . About 20 minutes after the first bus was scheduled to depart the hotel I started getting text from guest asking if there was going to be a bus. I was shocked because i was expecting the first bus to arrive any minute. The busses were not at the exit which I had been told they would be parked. I was also told that an employee from Aggieland limo would be in the lobby to direct wedding guest to the buses which didn't happen. This made the guest arrive late and many guest ended up driving themselves. This caused stress during a time when i should had been enjoying the final moments before my daughter walked down the isle. And we had to start the ceremony late. I called today and Arron apologized and offered a discount on future rentals not off current situation. I was disappointed!

College Station, TX This was the worst limo experience of my…read morelife. They were late. (1 hour and 10 min) They never answered the phone. This Range Rover limousine was the biggest piece of junk i have ever seen. No DOT number. No CDL driver. No inspection sticker. No door handle. The window was cracked. Paint was chipped all over both sides of the limo. The entire window trim was cracked and discolored. 1 of the 2 doors didn't open. Wasp nest inside the door jamb. I paid full price for this limo for my daughter's prom and she called and asked if the driver could drop them off as far from the venue as possible. Horrified!....and of course nobody is answering the phones. **Additional information** Damn limo broke down while the kids were taking pictures. Never made it to their dinner plans much less the prom. None of the kids wanted to get back in and had to get dropped off at their vehicles. 18 teenagers were stranded on Prom night. What a miserable prom experience because of Black Diamond. They know we are upset and will not answer or call us back. 9 pm and kids were left without a limo on prom night.
