I found it extremely insensitive for the driver to show up in a Make America Great Again hat, along with other political rhetoric on it l. I also found it odd that he asked for payment before the service was rendered. I wanted to be fair in my review because the service itself was not bad... it just makes it a bit uncomfortable to mix political views with business when you have no idea who you are servicing.

All the lower ratings are just because people missed their pickups and didn't book buffers with their shuttle and flight.

They took care of everything... flights, boutique hotels in the heart of the city, local tours, and even restaurant recommendations that ended up being some of the best meals I've ever had. Amsterdam was a dream, from the charming canals to the Van Gogh Museum, and Germany completely blew me away, especially the mix of vibrant cities and stunning countryside. What really stood out was how personalized the entire itinerary felt. Travel Boss made sure my trip was tailored to my interests and travel style, and it made all the difference. I never felt like just another customer, more like a VIP traveler with a dream team behind the scenes. Lol If you're thinking about booking a European getaway (or really anywhere), don't even hesitate. Travel Boss will make it unforgettable.

Pretty sure she watches all of the cameras and waits for you to do something wrong (like having half of a car tire in the dirt parked at your spot). We are happy to correct anything we do wrong especially if we do not know the rules. But the WAY she goes about her job is terrible customer service. Petty issues that she makes a HUGE deal. Kids are not allowed to do anything alone and will be yelled at if they exceed 5 MPH on their BICYCLE. We moved our RV there in March and would have stayed through the end of the year but had to leave because of her directly. I was genuinely shocked to hear from other guests that this is exactly what she does and she has driven away COUNTLESS RVers!!! They say she makes them so uncomfortable they do not even want to use the amenities. Becky lost them another 4 thousand dollars at least from us! Happy to take our business elsewhere.
