I called 1st Class Taxi, he answered and listened, and then told me he was walking out the door with his keys to solve my problem. He was pleasant and confident and communicative, and before I knew it, he had my family member safely deposited and followed up to let me know. He went above and beyond for me and my family today. Because we can't get in contact with them, I'm hoping PayPal will come through in getting me my money back. Aside from this incident, I've actually been behind this shuttle while driving myself from Austin to college station.
