Let me tell you a story just so you see the kind of service these folks provide: I had to leave on an emergency trip To be by my dad's side before he passed. I finally arranged for a trip where I had to leave the house by 2:30 am. Willie was there by 2:15. They took me to the airport; then we had to arrange for my wife and my sister in law to make trips to and from the airport at ungodly hours. Again, no issues whatsoever. These folks are the definition of exceptional customer service. If I could give more than five stars, I would. Will call them every time I need to make a trip to or from the airport. The best there is.... By far.

All the lower ratings are just because people missed their pickups and didn't book buffers with their shuttle and flight.

Flights to and from this airport is definitely more expensive vs if you flew out of Houston or Austin, but if you mind the 1.75hrs drive and possible traffic and don't mind spending a little more convenience, then this is a great option. There's ample parking, a small area to chill and eat and a decent sized waiting area for your gate. There are only 2 gates so you won't get lost lol. The runway area is fairly large, which helps with the military-related air traffic and of course the private jets that probably come in on a football weekend. The Texas A&M fire school is still close by, and the ride into the main campus area is longer than I remember when I first landed here in 1979.
