DO NOT BOOK THIS SCAM OF A SERVICE. My sisters car broke down and she needed to get to Austin so we could make our flight. We booked a shuttle the night before and I texted the number they give you to confirm availability -- never got a response. Unshockingly, the shuttle never showed. My sister tried to call and what do you know -- their voicemail isn't even set up, nor does their online chat feature work. Because we can't get in contact with them, I'm hoping PayPal will come through in getting me my money back. Aside from this incident, I've actually been behind this shuttle while driving myself from Austin to college station. The girl swerved like a madwoman and was doing so at a rate 15 miles over the speed limit. Save your money and potentially your life by going with Ground Shuttle or another option. read more

VERY UNRESPONSIVE: They do not have a phone number in case youre in trouble. They only have an email address and they dont answer in case of rescheduling, cancellation or else. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL: At this point you might already know it. Seems like their service is run by some high school kids who dont know how to handle/reply customers. Every text has atleast two to three spelling mistakes. VERY LATE: they have only two shuttle services throughout the day and i have used both of the times. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. LEFT ME STRANDED ON THE MORNING OF MY INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT. Booked the 7:00 AM shuttle three weeks in advance for my flight. Woke up very early morning of with no correspondence from Sarah. Started to get worried, so I texted and called the number on the site. Nothing. 7:00 AM came and passed with no word from her. She didn't even bother to contact me after repeat calls and messages. I could be understanding if something came up, but no correspondence to tell me otherwise. It is now 8:30 AM and still no word. *** Ground Shuttle will be starting a shuttle service to Austin in late September. I've never had an issue with GS and this shuttle is cheaper and way more reliable than Streamride. read more

This was a wonderful experience. They texted the night before to let me know the exact time they were picking up. The showed up to the house on time, greeted us and assisted my mother into the van. The ride was nice, safe and the driver was very courteous. Drop off was great and the driver even waited with my mother to get everything through. Amazing customer service. We will continue to use this service again in the future for all our travels to Austin Airport. read more

I booked a shuttle ride two nights in advance and was told that my spot was saved, only to find out that they were overbooked less than 12 hours from when the shuttle is supposed to be leaving. Do NOT use this service. Driver was super unprofessional, rude and had the worst attitude towards customers. She listened to racist podcasts the entire way to College Station. The car was cramped, dirty and super old. There were times I thought the car would break down. I literally feared for my life. Use Ground Shuttle instead. I went on line and booked and paid for a shuttle ride from college station to Austin and back. No one called or showed up and I have sent e mails and text messages and no response and when I make a phone call it straight goes to voice message that says " person you are trying to reach has a voice message that has not been set up".So dont book a shuttle ride. I used Streamride two days in a row (going from Austin to College Station and back again the following morning) and had no problems. For a non-driver like me, I'm not aware of any better way currently to get back and forth between Austin and College Station, beyond convincing some unlucky friend to take you. read more

Great service! I've used Streamride three times and had a good experience every time. They email you a confirmation and receipt, text you the night before to once again confirm the address and pick up time, then text when they are 10 minutes away. I love that it's a home pick up! Makes life easier. They are reliable - I have never had to wait more than 5 or 10 minutes after the agreed upon time. Once in the shuttle van you can talk or sleep, it's up to you. I'll definitely use this service again. read more
