The rebates are real! I did get 18000 back which amazing. I live in Vancouver. The customer service was excellent. Heath went over and beyond on a couple occasions. One when I had an electrical problem (that was not related to the heat pump work at all). He came over and spent an hour at least trying to help me diagnose it. He also was able get a hot water tank replacement for me the next day when my old one was exploding. Sam did a great job too and was very prompt at getting back to me, even on the weekends. The products themselves are awesome! The house feels great in the summer and it's cozy now that it's cool.

Up until the moment he arrived, I was sitting there watching TV. When he left, my TV was broken. The screen was scratched and the TV was no longer working properly (see photos and videos). When I went to troubleshoot it, I also noticed water dripping down the walls, down the back of the TV, and into the plug. This was extremely concerning. In the four years we've had our heat pumps installed and repaired, our TV has never been broken or damaged. The TV was working perfectly immediately before the technician arrived, and was broken immediately after he left. I'm not making any claims about exactly how the damage happened, but the timing and circumstances are incredibly frustrating. What has made this even worse is the complete lack of communication from the company. I have been emailing and calling every day since this happened, and I still haven't been able to get a hold of anyone in management to even discuss what happened or what they intend to do about it. And unfortunately, the terrible customer service isn't new. The TV incident is an isolated occurrence, but the poor customer service has been consistent throughout the four years we've dealt with this company. We've had technicians come into our home who were rude, unpleasant and difficult to deal with. On one occasion, a technician was swearing loudly in the house, clearly stressed and anxious, and was very much in your face about his frustration. When someone complained directly to the company, we were essentially told, "He's not a good people person, but he's the best we have." Communication has consistently been poor. Getting responses can be difficult. Getting someone who will actually take ownership of a problem is even harder. And now, when something has been damaged in my home, I can't even get a response from management despite calling and emailing every day. After four years, I'm honestly exhausted by the experience. The customer service, communication, professionalism and accountability have been consistently disappointing. I would personally suggest looking elsewhere if you have a choice.

Getting off the phone he quoted 4-5 hours $1950.00 plus tax and parts. He said part of it was for his licencing he had to upgrade the venting and few other small things and that it would be better in the long run.(this made sense and understood what he was saying) But I was still feeling like I was being bent over a barrel and as it turned out I was. I paid the $89 assessment fee and told them I was going to get a second opinion. The tech was cordial and politely left our site. The competition (Milani) had no idea they were the second call. Our total bill, parts labour and taxes was just over $850.00 As it turned out the leaky pipe was just a presenting issue to potentially larger one. So we ended up with re-plumbing a portion of the system.They also included new venting and the same little things to maintain licensing but for over $1100 dollars less. The over quote was not a mistake on the techs part (he was actually polite and professional) but a direction from the head office for what to charge. I will be complaining further to the BBB as a result.

Jon's price is very competitive, and he provided multiple quotes for different setups, which was extremely helpful. He was very responsive and patient, replying to emails quickly, even on weekends. This high level of communication also made the strata approval process very efficient. The installation took two days and went smoothly. The crew was friendly, respectful, and professional. I had to patch the drywall afterwards, and upon learning that, one of the team members gave me a free panel he said was leftover from his own renovation.
