I start shopping around in Poco and Tri-Cities area and after calling 5 companies I found this one, a family business with less exposure than other big companies but very flexible and ready to come to do the job. They come in time 10 am as per our established and start evaluating the situation after measuring the new boiler I did buy the previous day and the place where it suppose to be installed. We understood that this is not possible unless I change the water tank or I cut down 2m of the wall, a corner of the workbench and a tool support on the lateral wall. Even if they lost half an hour and they had to make a change in their schedule they accepted to come back later once I exchange my tank or fix the place. I couldn't change the tank because of the situation (Home Depot keep you in lane outside 40 minutes and once you get inside there is no service whatsoever), so I had to cut the walls and tables in the boiler room. They did come back later in the afternoon after they finished their other jobs The two gas technicians worked at a steady pace, the leader of this team communicates well with me and even if I know I'm a difficult client since I want the job to be done a certain way, they adapt and they installed my water tank of my choice. Moving the position of the new tank, away from the one we replaced, did come with an upgrade and change in the fittings and position of the pipes already in place. The leader of the team explained the process and answer my questions, giving me the opportunity to take my own decisions by evaluating well the effect of every scenario I come up with. In the end they did not change the price we agreed on the phone and I paid only the extra material they used Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service, friendly and the best price for the job you can find around in Tri-Cities. I do recommend this company to any person who need to have a job done in time, for a decent price. Val.P.

***Update 12/2019*** I really like this company and Rick in…read moreparticular, since he did such great work for me last year. But this year.... not so much. If there's one thing I have a hard time dealing with, even more so than mediocre or poor service, is being ignored. I worked in customer service for many years, and IMO, there's nothing worse than a company dropping the ball and ignoring their customers. If they're busy, just say so, so the client can seek out help elsewhere. If they don't know the answer to the problem or are unsure if they can commit to the job, just say so. I am honest and direct with people and I expect the same in return. There's nothing worse than being ignored, and waiting for calls from companies that never come. That's what happened with this company when I reached out to them this past October, when I had a leaking sink. I texted and left a voice message for Rick, (I left a few messages, actually), and he eventually did call back, apologizing for the delay, saying he was crazy busy. He asked me to send him photos of the sink's hardware and valves, which I did, and I said I really wanted this sink fixed before December, when my kids are in town for the holidays. He never got back to me. I left a voice message again and another two emails, saying hey, if he's too busy for this job, please let me know so I can find and hire another plumber. Just let me know. He never got back to me. My kids are now in town and, you guessed it, my sink is again leaking (after being okay for a few weeks, when I just tested it a few times before the kids visited) and I now even have some water damage (just caused in the past few days). I still think this company is great, if you have a big job I'm sure Rick would prioritize it. And they really do great work. But if you have a smaller scale job, I'm not sure you'd even get a call back. Even if you're a returning customer.

We really wanted to install in floor radiant heating even though it was a big ticket item. Rick from Peak to Peak came up with creative solutions to manage the cost and after living with it for a while, I can say that we are thrilled with the results. Rick is always available and responds immediately if we need something tweaked. He truly stands behind his great work. I cannot speak highly enough about Rick, not only his skills but also his fantastic work ethic and to top out off he is such a great guy. Everything was done exactly as promised and his estimate was bang on. He was very easygoing when it came to making changes. Not only would I highly recommend Peak to Peak, but I will absolutely use them again, and again.
