There were mystery boxes and packets open everywhere. There was no one helping me. I was trying to find items yet no one asked me for help. There were aisles with empty shelves aisles were messy. Most things weren't even in the right spots though there were the good sides which was that there wasn't long lines and the guy at the exit was nice and friendly and seemed happy with his job. The employees here are always really helpful and make the experience here enjoyable. I like that this base doesn't get as insanely busy as Andrews and other exchanges in the area. The food court is decent here, too. The only real negative thing I have to say is that the wait in line can easily get long because they only have a few check out counters here, and it does not accomodate the facility very well. This soon became unfair to all concerned, the other lady was not receiving the proper attention nor was my wife.
