Talia Roots. - Talia did not brief herself before hand to realize I have one kidney, and proceeded to direct me to take a medication that could be dangerous to me. Caught, only by me. - Talia failed to mention that she observed high blood pressure - Talia failed to mention she observed jaundice, I found out about both of these only in the summary provided after. - 4 Calls the the following business day to follow up with consistent 'she's going to call you in the next half hour' never happened. - I've been going here for 4 years, I have never met the doctor. Don't even know their name. - I had a family member at this practice told they were too young for a certain type of pain, when they went in for only that pain. - Last year when I was sick they told me 'don't come here, you might have the flu, go to Well Now'. Then the Well Now staff laughed at me when I told them that because even they couldn't fathom that a primary doctor would say something so stupid. - Office staff has the customer service and hospitality of an inmate on their 30th year of prison time. read more

This has been our doctor for several years. My husband and I rarely saw our actual physician; mostly the PAs. That has been fine with us because we don't really need too much attention or care. This past week, I have tried to call them 3 times: 12:30pm Thursday, 3:30pm Friday and 8:30am Tuesday. All three calls got messages that the office is closed and I should call back during business hours or leave a message. Contacting my doctor should not be this frustrating. read more

We moved a couple years ago now. At that time I decided to find a new primary care doctor who was closer to our home, and who could see our entire family in the same place. We were ready to transition our tween-to-teen-aged kids out of pediatric care and into a general family practice, so I looked for a doctor for all of us. We landed at Limestone Primary Care, and have been generally happy there since. Dr. Sinatra is listed as our primary doctor for all of us, but only my husband has been scheduled with him. Our kids and I see a PA. We all have been pleased with whomever we're scheduled to see. Last fall we came in for family flu shots. That's one perk of all going to the same place; they were able to schedule us all at the same time in the same room, which was convenient, and funny for our fam', going down the shot-assembly-line with our great nurse, who played along with the laughs. :-D The care team here has been compassionate, patient, and helpful when a health concern arises. The office staff has been friendly and accurate, too. This is a small family practice, with limited services done in-house. I doubt they'll ever have COVID vaccines available here, especially for youth, since they just don't have the volume of patients and equipment to support it. But for annual physicals and a jumping-off-point if some other health issue comes up, Limestone Primary Care gets the job done, with a smile. read more

This was my doctors office for a few years and I really liked them. I'm not sure where the disconnect was or how it happened but I can't get anyone to even return my call to speak to me about it so I guess I just have to take the card I was dealt. About a week ago I received a letter in the mail stating that they no longer would care for me because they had tried to reach me on numerous occasions and I have not called them back. I have proof via my phone log that nobody has tried to call me from their office in the recent month or even two. I have no emails from them so I'm not sure how they tried to reach out to me seeing as this is the first correspondence I have received from their office in quite a while. The letter stated that I did not return their calls and I have a medical condition that requires care so because I am not doing anything about it, basically they won't either. They did however say that they would be there for me for the next 30 days should I need anything. I'm not quite sure what my medical condition that needs care is when I had repeatedly stressed to the PA that I saw that I was not feeling right and that I thought there was something wrong with my thyroid and I was constantly anxious and depressed and all she wanted to do was basically dismiss my concerns. At my last visit there as a matter of fact, I brought up to her some heart palpitations I have been experiencing and he really did not seem to think they were an issue but to me when your heart races for no reason while you're just sitting on the couch and you find it hard to catch your breath, that's a concern! So I guess all in all this practice who seems may be a little too busy and unable to keep up with their current workload, much less able to give each patient care they need, probably did me a favor in sending me elsewhere. read more

Although this has been my PCP for a few years now I have yet to meet my actual doctor......... Odd however at the same time I am generally only here for a routine physical or seasonal allergies. The entire staff is very easy going and great to deal with. They make you feel welcome and show they appreciate your business. As a previous reviewer stated they somehow always fit me in the day of when I call for a sick call which is great!! My old PCP I'd have to wait sometimes 2 days before they would see me. I am on a quest to actually meet my actually doctor. I know he is in there somwhere and I am determined to find him LOL read more

I have been going to this dr office all my adult life. Come to find out they don't keep proper records nor did they listen to me when I tried to speak to them about it. They spoke over me and would not take in what I was experiencing at their office. Horrible Dr office. I would highly recommend not going there. They will not keep proper documentation, or listen if you have a problem with the office. read more

As a patient for many years, I was dropped during my darkest hour (serious car accident injury, PTSD, a heart condition and panic attacks) because of one swear word I used on the phone during a major panic attack, as I was getting the run-around from office staff trying to get my results from the cardiologist. Dr. Sinatra has some nerve for a doctor who is on vacation more than he serves patients. Aside, the PAs are great. read more

I have been going to Limestone for many years. I have never had a problem with them. whenever I made an appointment for Dr. Sinatra that is who I saw. If I made an appointment to be seen that day I may have someone else. It was whoever was a available. Everyone is pleasant and helpful. When I make an appointment they will tell me ahead of time if the doctor will be there. If not they give a choice to see someone else or make it another day. I haven't seen the entire staff here, but I have been going for about 7-8 years now and have encountered many of them. All of them pleasant and willing to help. I never have trouble scheduling an appointment and the DOCTOR will even squeeze me in when I'm sick (this is practically unheard of in my experience, usually is a PA or NP-NOT that they are bad, but sometimes I prefer the physician). The place is clean, and you can sanitize if you like on the way out. read more

I went to this doctor from 2011 thru 2015. Without any release from me, which is illegal, they retrieved medical records of mine unrelated to any diagnosis that they needed and then changed my medical records and passed this misinformation on to people that I work with. No doctor has any right to do this. They also released me from care because they said I refused to take statins for high cholesterol. I had high cholesterol because I was on the wrong type of thyroid medication and I was hypothyroid. Now that I am on natural thyroid medication, my cholesterol is normal. So they were wrong about that too. Doctors are sworn to do no harm but they have harmed me and since they did not understand what was the real cause of my high cholesterol, I would say they are incompetent. read more

I find Limestone to be one of the most low rent doctors office out there. I find it disgusting for their lack of care with people with mental health issues and how they treat and work with them. I struggle with mental health and the first time I went there I told them I'm working with 2 doctors in that field and would appreciate it if I don't fill out any of the forms involving mental health (which I contacted my 2 other doctors who said that I don't legally have to fill out those forms) and yet they kept pushing me to the point of where I had to walk out of the office disgusted. last forward a year I got sick and needed a prescription and they said only if I come back for my physical a few weeks after. I had BOTH my doctors write a letter to them saying I'm under their care with mental health issues and to avoid giving me any forms involving mental health and any questions they have to call them. Not only did they fax, email and I dropped off personally a few days before my physical so there was no way in H**l they could (not have gotten it). come my physical they still handed me that f*****g form. Are you kidding me? How low rent, classes and unprofessional can you be? They head go the staff said they had a meeting about not having whoever had me that day hand me the forms? well, you did a pretty crappy job and I guess your staff doesn't care either. Too bad you can't give a review 0 stars. I also have called to the highest I could get to to the NYS board of health to complain and advise the horrid service this practice gives. 0 stars across the board. read more

I had 1 interaction with Dr. Sinatra and he was very rude and not helpful at all. My pain and discomfort seemed to be an inconvienince that he didn't want to deal with. I expect more from my doctor's office. Thankfully, Dr. Sinatra is NOT my primary doctor. He just happened to be the doctor who responded to my message. I will never deal with Dr. Sinatra in the future. read more
