He's funny and helpful and more importantly he's very receptive to you as a customer/patient. He won't let you walk out of there feeling confused or unsure. He wants you to be happy and comfortable. The office's staff is fun, happy and kind. I really appreciate how they talk with you like a friend rather than a customer. Everyone is top notch. I'm trying contacts again for the second time. The first time I had a horrible experience with a careless optometrist that didn't explain things very well. This time, however, with Dr Atteberry's help, guidance and patience everything worked out great! I left feeling confident and sure of my decision. I have no regrets! Give Dr Atteberry a try. My bill was $136.20 and I didn't even purchase frames nor contacts, not even offered/given a copy of my updated prescription. I sent an email requesting an itemized receipt as well as the prescription to the address that sent a screenshot of my 6 month supply quote, we'll see if I get a reply. I recently scratched the lenses on my favorite pair of glasses, and I was devastated. I called Wink, and they were able to offer me a higher quality lens, all of the 'bells and whistles' (anti-scratch coating, anti-reflective coating, transitions lenses) for MUCH less than other places. They also have a 2-year warranty on lenses, which is AMAZING and much better than I've found at other establishments. On top of offering a great deal, my experience here was FANTASTIC. I had my lenses in just under a WEEK and I didn't even have to give up my glasses during that time - I brought them in when the lenses arrived, and they put them in place for me on the spot. They also cleaned my glasses very thoroughly, AND gave me a new case, microfiber cleaning cloth, and lens cleaning spray. Overall, the staff are incredibly kind and knowledgeable, the space is chic and welcoming...it really is an EXPERIENCE. 11/10, would recommend to EVERYONE. :)
