Suspecting they were taking advantage of her, we consulted Tommy, our trusted mechanic in Knoxville, who confirmed our doubts. Although we managed to retrieve the car, my daughter still paid a lot for almost nothing. This time - when her car stopped running again - we found Brian. He quickly fixed the car and charged us a fair (and low) cost (based on Tommy's estimation). One example: I have a reasonably high end car that the turn signal lights kept burning out due to a design defect. When I took it to Express Oil, I watched them take out a bolt, loosen another then reach down and replace the bolt. What was almost a thousand dollars and a day at the dealership was a matter of minutes and $15.00 at Express Oil.
