Inside is clean. $95 for gel x and gel pedicure, super good pricing. Staff is nice and friendly, very efficient. A bit of a drive out of the city but totally worth it. I was a walk-in on a summer Saturday and was able to get in very quickly. The salon was full of customers and thankfully they have enough nail techs. I was paired with a younger man who did a great job with my basic gel mani/pedi. I just moved to the area and am trying out all of the salons to see which will be my regular go to. I walked in here Saturday morning 5/18/19. The guy who did my manicure cut two of my right hand fingers, and never even apologized. They could've at least acknowledged and/ or offered to not get paid for cutting my skin. If you've ever experienced cutting too much skin around your cuticles (live not dead skin) you know how much it hurts for days! It's been four days and I still feel pain constantly. It especially stings at night when I'm trying to sleep and there's nothing distracting me. HE DIDN'T EVEN APOLOGIZE!! I need more than my money back! Always accommodating with plenty of color choices. Phong is very friendly and the shop is clean. COVID precautions are in place and you feel safe. I prefer Lilly's over the "largest nail shop" in town because he treats his employees well, is closed on Sunday to provide them rest. My biggest complaint is the speaking another language in front of the customer. Try the soothing pedicure spa scents. read more

For all intensive purposes this was a very utilitarian No Frills experience, that being said I walked in with a No-Frills expectation so my expectations were already tempered the location is fairly basic and simple and prices are in line with the industry average. While I've stated this was no frills, I will add, I felt the industry standard safety precautions were all observed. First time here. Was a little disappointed they didn't have a huge variety of the specialty nail polishes. I'm used to getting funky nail color / style ie metallic, color changing and 3D. The service was nice very friendly a bit slow and no frills seemed to be a busy Wednesday and not staff sufficiently. Phongs sister referred my mother cousin and I over to her brothers salon due to the lack of employees at her nail salon, which was totally fine with us. Phone and his employees were very welcoming and allowed us to feel very comfortable. He reassured me that all of his nail techs were very well trained and I should not be worried about getting poor results. He diligently removed my thick acrylics I had and preserved my natural nail as much as possible, which I was very pleased about. I love it here! I haven't had my nails done in so long and it was clean, quiet, and relaxing! I did begin to feel very dizzy from a combination of the smell of polish and the insane heat outside, so my nail technician turned the air conditioner on and let me take a break.
