I walked in here Saturday morning 5/18/19. The guy who did my manicure cut two of my right hand fingers, and never even apologized. They could've at least acknowledged and/ or offered to not get paid for cutting my skin. If you've ever experienced cutting too much skin around your cuticles (live not dead skin) you know how much it hurts for days! It's been four days and I still feel pain constantly. It especially stings at night when I'm trying to sleep and there's nothing distracting me. HE DIDN'T EVEN APOLOGIZE!! I need more than my money back! I need compensation for physical damages and pain!

My 2nd time coming to this cute little nail salon. Love the small town it's in feels very homey and parking is easy. I am always able to make appointments the same day. Inside is clean. $95 for gel x and gel pedicure, super good pricing. Staff is nice and friendly, very efficient. A bit of a drive out of the city but totally worth it. I was a walk-in on a summer Saturday and was able to get in very quickly. The salon was full of customers and thankfully they have enough nail techs. I was paired with a younger man who did a great job with my basic gel mani/pedi. I just moved to the area and am trying out all of the salons to see which will be my regular go to. Always accommodating with plenty of color choices. Phong is very friendly and the shop is clean. COVID precautions are in place and you feel safe. I prefer Lilly's over the "largest nail shop" in town because he treats his employees well, is closed on Sunday to provide them rest. My biggest complaint is the speaking another language in front of the customer. Try the soothing pedicure spa scents. read more

This place was clean and customer service is nice but they made my finger bleed twice. they made me pay 20 dollars for a design when it's supposed to be 10 for a design. the acrylic was all clumpy and uneven. I couldn't be happier that this nail place has opened! It's convenient when you live in Winthrop and it's located across public parking. I love it here! I haven't had my nails done in so long and it was clean, quiet, and relaxing! I did begin to feel very dizzy from a combination of the smell of polish and the insane heat outside, so my nail technician turned the air conditioner on and let me take a break. They were all so sweet! My acrylics are gorgeous for a fraction of the cost of some Boston stores. Will be back :)) read more

Let me preface this by saying that I'm extremely anal about my nails and expect nothing less than perfection, otherwise I wouldn't pay someone else to do it. Sooooooo long story short the lady fucked up my friends nails and then asked her to go dry them under the dryer, while her nails were drying the lady came up to both of us asked who's paying I said my friend is then she went over, asked my friend where the money is located and proceeded patting down my friends pockets for the money, took out everything in her pockets while my friends hands were still wet and shit and literally rushed like how fucking unprofessional is that shit. I don't like that sometimes one person does your hands and another does your feet. It complicates the tipping process. They take Venmo so you pay the business for the services and then you Venmo each nail tech for their tips. I don't know that they have pricing posted anywhere and my regular services can vary in price for the exact same service from month to month. Nails are still done after about 3 weeks (photo provided) and still receive compliments here and there! Place is super clean and staff are super understanding and kind. Unfortunately, my manicure was a different story. I got cut a few times during the process, which definitely hurt, but I tried to brush it off at the time. The bigger issue came a couple days later when I noticed my fingernails didn't even match my toes anymore. Looking back at photos from the day of the appointment, it's clear the color on my nails actually changed -- you can literally see where the top coat was applied, and it turned this strange brown shade. I'm really disappointed, especially since this happened right before my vacation. I was expecting my nails to last and look consistent for more than just a day or two.
