I requested a quote from Naturalcare and got a response immediately. I called for more details and was booked for the next available Saturday on the spot. It was prefect timing for me too since I don't know when the baby will actually come. They've been reminding me through text a couple days before the appointment and even on the appointment day, they texted me that they were on the way. They're very good at communication. I forgot to ask their names, but the workers came in and were very friendly, asking questions like - do I prefer they take their shoes off while working? is there a certain area they should pay attention to? is there anything specific they need to know before they begin? And they were also very friendly about letting my little dachshund run around. For about two hours of cleaning, I can say I am very impressed with their work. My bathtub and toilet were getting a little dirty which was embarrassing but they cleaned it all up and everything looks brand new, white and pearly! They organized my shampoos and conditioners, even wiped down my make up drawers. OH - and they even cleaned out my rice cooker which was seriously the cherry on top! In conclusion, I am extremely satisfied, I am so happy to be sitting in a clean house, and most importantly, it's become a clean environment for when I bring my baby boy home!

We are extremely disappointed with the quality of service we received, especially considering the…read morepremium pricing and the fact that this was booked as a deep cleaning. While we appreciated the cleaner coming back to address some concerns, we continued to notice many missed areas throughout the home. The main kitchen floor still had visible spots and sections that appeared untouched. The recycling in the pull-out bin near the sink was never taken out. Several light fixtures and areas throughout the home were missed, and even small details, such as shoes being moved onto the bench and not returned to where they originally belonged, showed a lack of attention to detail. More concerning was the fact that our half bathroom was completely missed and untouched during the initial cleaning. We expected the team to communicate with us if something had been overlooked rather than leaving without addressing it. A professional deep cleaning company should have a clear checklist, strong communication, and quality control measures in place. We also paid an additional fee specifically for baseboards to be cleaned, and many of them were still untouched. At this point, we are continuously finding more things that were missed despite these services being listed as included in the deep cleaning package. This was our first deep cleaning service, so we had high expectations. Instead of being able to focus on our children and simply maintain the home afterward, I still had to go back and clean myself. My fiancé even expressed that he felt we should have just handled it ourselves. My mother also had to come over to help clean afterward, and we are still discovering things that were overlooked. At this point, we have decided to hire another company to come deep clean the home properly because this did not feel like a true deep cleaning. It felt more like a surface or spot clean despite the services that were advertised as included. The only reason we are giving a 2 out of 5-star rating is because the company did send someone back to touch up some areas and attempted to make things right, but we still continued finding missed baseboards and other overlooked items afterward, and at this point, we no longer feel confident in the level of detail, communication, and reliability we expected from a professional deep cleaning service. If a deep clean is what you desire without micromanaging this company will not be a great fit for you. If you choose this company, please be prepared to follow the cleaners from room to room watching them and having somebody to watch each Cleaner as they clean.

I cannot say enough good things about Brea. From the moment I requested a quote, to the moment she…read morerevealed my freshly cleaned house to me, she communicated every step of the way. I never felt like I was left hanging by her. She answered all of my questions (and I had a lot of questions) in a very timely manner. When she arrived, I explained my situation to her. I deal with a lot of depression, ADHD, and anxiety. This makes things like keeping a tidy home completely overwhelming. So, instead of taking care of the problem, I let it get worse. The worse it got, the more depressed I became. I explained all of this to her, and she listened like a friend instead of someone I had hired to clean my apartment. She was completely empathetic and non-judgmental. She was also very straightforward yet tactful about what needed to get done. At one point, I thought I had to reschedule because I had an appointment and I didn't know what to do about my dog. Brea told me not to worry, she was very good with pets, and she had experience because she had a boxer at home. Penelope approved of her right away, and Brea's energy made me feel comfortable leaving my dog with her. She worked for hours and it showed. My apartment was sparkling and it smelled incredible! I love my dog, but she has some aromas that I absolutely do not love. I had asked Brea to add floor polishing and sofa cleaning to my package which I already felt was well priced for everything she was planning to do. I don't know how she did it, but she managed to remove all of Penelope's fur, and my floors were absolutely gleaming. Not only that, she had cleaned every single baseboard and my ceiling fans until they were unrecognizable. Brea left me with more than just a clean home. She left me with a fresh slate. It's much easier to maintain a clean home than it is to clean a messy one. I find myself fastidiously, wiping every surface the moment a crumb falls. I plan to hire her to help me maintain the level of clean she achieved. I figure that the cost of the cleaning will be worth the peace of mind it gives me. If you were on the fence about spending the money on a deep clean, I wouldn't hesitate. It was absolutely life-changing.

I am writing this review to strongly urge anyone considering this service to proceed with caution…read more I hired them right after closing on a new home with my partner. The house was already generally clean, but it had been vacant, so there was typical dust in corners, behind toilets, and in window sills. I was quoted nearly $600 for what was described as an in-depth, all-day deep cleaning. On the day of the appointment, I made the mistake of giving them lockbox access because I was running behind. I arrived 40 minutes later to find a toddler inside my million-dollar home, throwing monster trucks onto custom cabinetry and bamboo floors. I was shocked. I don't have children, and the idea of a toddler being in my home--both for the safety of my property and the child--was completely unacceptable. The owner tried to smooth things over but offered no discount or acknowledgment of how inappropriate and unprofessional this was. They came back to "redo" the cleaning, and within just a few hours they claimed they were done. Dust behind the toilets was still there. They insisted I check everything on the spot, but anyone who has ever moved knows that you cannot catch every detail when you're juggling a dozen tasks--especially when you're paying professionals to handle it. When my partner arrived, she opened the microwave and oven. Both were still dirty, and with nothing more than a damp paper towel, everything wiped clean effortlessly. That alone told me the job had not been done properly the first--or second--time. I paid them just to be done with the situation, but looking back, I shouldn't have paid the owner anything. From what I understand, she charges an outrageous amount and only pays the cleaners around $100 each, which is incredibly unfair. On top of all that, I was informed that wiping the exterior windows was "extra," even at a $600 price tag. They ended up doing it, but at that point it was clear nothing was really included. In the end, I was left with stress, disappointment, and a home that was barely surface-cleaned, certainly not deep-cleaned. If you're thinking about hiring this service, be aware that you may experience unprofessional surprises--like toddlers on your property--and pay a premium for work that doesn't even meet basic expectations.

I genuinely don't think I've ever been this impressed with a cleaning service. This was hands down…read morethe BEST cleaning job I have ever seen done on a home, and I've hired professional cleaners for years. From the moment they started, I was blown away by how efficient and thorough they were. There were three cleaners, they arrived around 3:00 PM and were completely finished by about 6:20 PM. I genuinely don't understand how they managed to clean this thoroughly in that amount of time because they did NOT cut corners. When I say they cleaned EVERYTHING, I mean everything. They moved things to clean underneath and behind them, including consoles and dressers. They wiped down the baseboards, dusted everything, and paid attention to areas that most cleaning services completely overlook. My shower especially shocked me. It had built-up dirt and soap scum that I was having trouble getting completely clean, and somehow they got it looking BRAND NEW. I walked in afterward and couldn't believe the difference. My house is a newer build, and after they finished, it literally looked and felt like the day it was first built. Every room was spotless. Every surface looked clean. The floors, bathrooms, baseboards, furniture, corners, and little details were all taken care of. You could tell they weren't just trying to make the house "look clean." They actually CLEANED it. What impressed me most was the combination of thoroughness and efficiency. Usually, you either get someone who works quickly but misses things, or someone who is extremely thorough but takes the entire day. Somehow, this team managed to be incredibly detailed AND efficient. I kept walking around my house afterward noticing more things they had cleaned and thinking, "Wait... they cleaned THAT too?!" I also have to mention the value. Having used professional cleaning services for years, including in Los Angeles, I can confidently say the quality of service I received was exceptional. The level of care and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. I rarely leave reviews this detailed, but they absolutely deserve it. My entire house feels refreshed, spotless, and genuinely professionally cleaned. This wasn't just a good cleaning. This was probably the best professional cleaning I've ever had. I will 100% be using them again and recommending them to anyone looking for a cleaning service. Absolutely incredible. 10/10!
